I will say that service has been fantastic at all the locations I've been to and this one was no different. The employees here were very helpful in recommending new cigars to try. The Fincks brand of cigars are really a great value, inexpensive but they taste pretty good. They do have a smoking lounge inside the store but I prefer to smoke outside, and that's okay. They have tables and chairs outside for people like me. There are a lot of cigar stores in San Antonio but you will be hard pressed to find one that makes you feel as comfortable as Fincks. If you enjoy cigars and good conversation, try Fincks cigars. It's definitely a no cigar snob zone.

Then i met Christina and she showed me a great device. She took the time to explain how I could make it last even longer by adjusting its settings. She always checks the vape cartridge I pick before final purchase as well as asks if I have rewards with them. She is the best employee there if you ask me.
