The owner and manager both went above and beyond to replace the faulty product I received. I truly appreciate both of their attention to this matter. ================================================== DO NOT SHOP HERE. Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I used to shop here often but never again. I received an empty product before heading out of town but found that the product was empty after arriving in another city. I was told I could only exchange within 24 hours at the store in town. They were unwilling to compromise and give me a refund or even exchange for a similar product in the city I was visiting. They clearly don't care about their customers. I lost $75 on a product that was empty and could not use!
