They have every supplement at a more affordable price, you just have to know what your shopping for

I visited this store a few times in the past two weeks as my usual Cost Plus Nutrition was sold out of my favorite flavor of bar and I didn't feel like waiting until they restocked. These Cost Plus stores have bars / snacks that I have never seen at your usual supplement stores which is nice. They also have different products between the stores which can be kind of fun! This location of Cost Plus Nutrition has very friendly staff that is happy to help you find the product for your needs. The store manager is also very knowledgeable and fun to talk to to learn about new/ up&coming products. They have a great selection of products and carry a good range of local specialty products to your usual bars like the Quest/ One Brands. My favorite thing about this store though is your ability to find a new/ tasty protein snack here- they're always finding things that are new to the market and that taste great before they're mainstream. Only issues with this store and other locations of it is that the company is smaller so they don't have a ton of inventory and are often sold out of the product you go in looking for and they have to order it. Also, they are sometimes a bit higher in price than other stores because they're small but they're always happy to understand where they can do better (I've never left dissatisfied). Great customer service everytime I come here. Today I went in and there was a lady working who instantly greeted and I told her how I wanted to exchange my protein powder. It was sealed and never open and she helped me pick out a protein powder that works better for me. I also got a protein shaker as well! I've been coming here for years and 3 things that haven't changed: Selection size: they don't have the biggest selection of supplements to choose from but it's very decent and the clearance cart almost always has some good deals on it. Associates: is everyone in there a personal trainer? No. Do they know the supplements they carry and can advise you on a good choice for you, Hell yea they can. Samples: this store has been really good about letting me try before I buy (with pre workouts) and that's save me time and money. I've had long runs with MVPre, BuckedUp and Nitraflex because I got to see what worked for me and what didn't. (I'm very grateful for that) Cost: they may be one of the best priced stores for supplements, I say may be because if you want to spend your whole day looking to save 3$ you may find another place but I never could. read more

I've been trying to eat better lately, so I went into Cost Plus Nutrition looking for some wheat germ to add to my cookies and yogurt. Unfortunately, the only wheat germ they had was in a pill form. However, the guys there were so friendly and helpful, I ended up finding a few other things that I "needed." Cost Plus is a discount nutrition store, so they have tags on their items that show you what discount you can get, which included sales up to 30% off the list price. They have everything from daily vitamins to protein shakes and fish oil. Their herbal supplements that are from the Now brand are all 30% off, which is a great deal when compared to other health supplement stores. I ended up getting some agave natural flavoring, which is an alternative to syrup, for about $5 and some xylitol, a natural and healthy sweetener, for $7. The guy who was helping me was nice and even let me sample the flavoring to see if I liked the flavors. An added bonus? After you hit up the nutrition store, you can head next door for some ice cream. Perfect! read more

Great experience, the staff is friendly and attentive. Spent a great deal of time with them chatting about protein products and more. They looked up what I used to use and gave me comparable options. They are a health store first, but that doesn't mean they don't have some great performance products. They are obviously enthusiastic about their health mission and it shows in their product knowledge. The prices here are fair, much better then a GNC or other commercial nutrition shop. They are a locally owned-- company with about five locations. You can SAMPLE the proteins they'll make you a little shake.They have clean proteins, Non-GMO, and more. I was totally sold on the Biohealth grass fed precision blend. It's sugar free (has stevia) with 32 grams of Protein and tastes delicious in any of the flavors but I chose vanilla. read more

No one here is going to push you into buying 3,890,387,989 other things you don't need. They will ask you if you need help and then let you be. They carry everything that you would find at any natural health store or supplement store. They have all of the major brands that any athlete or non-athlete would need from supplements, vitamins, and natural products. The PRICES CAN NOT BE BEAT! They don't even charge tax! Went in to get a pre workout shake to come and find out they don't make them there. They only have some that are already bottled. The person helping me was so helpful and gave me a sample of a pre workout on the shelf. No charge. If I ever need protein or pre workout products I will definitely go here again. read more

Never thought I would have reason to step in to a place that mainly serves up supplements, but, in becoming a mom and a main food source there was a specific herb I had heard about that I was curious enough to try. Fenugreek. The gentleman was so helpful during my first call over the phone and then just as pleasant in person each time I have stopped in for another bottle. If you are going during prime beer (flying saucer) or ice cream (brindles) time parking can be a hassle. I came here last night to buy some Protein shake. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. I told him I'm looking for Protein shake and I have been using Nectar and I'm looking for a new one. He asked me how many time I eat, I said four and he said you are suppose to eat 5~6 times a day, so I'm looking for a meal replacement and he then explained the good calories and bad calories and recommended Syntha-6, he even give me some samples of other flavors and a pre-workout sample. I love his place every-time I go there I want to buy everything...I recently tried out one of their newest protein powders (with no added hormones/grass fed cows only ) they have its a berry flavor OMG it it's taste so good I love it...I add chia seeds and flax seed with a little bit of fruit and add almond milk, it's like 150 calories maybe and it taste amazing!!
