I called Gräs to make sure there was inventory and the young lady confirmed stock, answered some of my questions and informed me that she would not be working on Saturday but someone would definitely be available to assist. I made the drive on Saturday and walked in, smalll shop but it looked likey had a decent selection. There was nobody at the counter, but I could hear talking coming from the back. Eventually an employee came out (tall dude with a beard) and nodded at me. I asked if they had any Ghost disposables and he looked at the shelf and said "we got one" and looked at me so I asked what the strain was, he read the box and put it on the counter. I asked if they were expecting more stock soon (the young lady I spoke with on Friday said they were, so I was just trying to confirm) and he just said "hopefully". Okay, fair enough, so I said yeah, I will take it and the total came out to $50.00. My eyebrows raised a bit since that seemed kind of pricey but I paid and went on my way. The product itself was good, really enjoyed it, my rating is based on the experience and the lack of any real customer service. The overall feeling was "do you want it or not?" ALSO...once I got home I did a little online sluethery and found the exact pen I just bought for $25.99 plus flat shipping of $8.00. (Sold by an authorized dealer). Will just shop online going forward.

Upon entering SA Botanical, I was impressed with the way they set up the store and the huge amount of great products they make here in San Antonio, Texas among many other products. I was greeted by the sweetest lady who I became fast friends with named Anita. I came in originally to ask if there were products I could try for my Rheumatoid Arthritis flare that brought on significant pain and swelling. Anita quickly and thoroughly explained and recommended products after making sure to ask me questions relative to any medication that I was currently on. She made me feel at home and not alone in my journey with pain. Anita is the Face of SA Botanicals!! The company is fortunate to have such a vast knowledge of the products in Anita. I have to say personally these products( I call them lifesavers now) that she recommended have had the biggest impact to my mental and physical wellbeing not to mention my husband and daughters are greatful to have me back in a good mood If you are looking for premium and high quality products I recommend stopping by one of the locations today.

I visit a few different locations in order to find who has it in stock, but the manager (Meghan) and assistant manager (Jackson) at this location are the best! Plus, the store is clean and well organized. Both Meghan and Jackson are friendly when you walk in the door and eagerly try to help you find what you need. Today, they were actually sold out of almost everything I came in looking for (these items just lunched from Legendary and Alpha Prime so I wasn't surprised) BUT Meghan called the managers at other stores and helped me find who had what. Additionally, she had the items placed on hold for me and really took care of it all. For any item she wasn't able to find, she added me to a call list and will follow up when they come in. I will definitely continue shopping at this location for as long as Meghan and Jackson are there!!
