Despite me bringing it up multiple times, no acknowledgement has been made of how strange it is that they require the customer pick up corrections to delivery orders. They just act like I never said it. Even pizza places deliver replacement orders all the time. This Tropical Smoothie Cafe ignored my direct message here as well. Conclusion: They want you to go away if you're inconvenient. Don't waste your time with their feedback form or phone number.
