David's description, on his website, spells out the difference between what he does and the water-based cleaning method. https://www.oneofakindcarpet.com/carpet-cleaning-methods.html He did our upstairs main bedroom, or walk in closet, the upstairs hallway, the two rooms we use as our "offices," and the stairway. The price tag was extremely reasonable, and competitive, and the process took about 4 hours. No water hoses had to be dragged into the house, propping open the front door for the 6 to 8 hours it seems to take to clean townhomes this size. At the end of the day, because he uses so much less water in his approach to this task, drying took only one hour. One hour! His way means that there is no residual water under the carpets that will take a day or so to dry completely - that's based on our own prior experiences with wet cleaning. And the carpet looks the way it did when we first moved into the home almost 4 years ago. He got out every spot, every smudge, every sign of everything I might have tracked into the house on the bottom of my boots. David Stine does good work.

They also bleached my flowers and killed them. They took no responsibility for stripping the stain, and blamed the stain company stating they did a poor job. Of course it looks like a terrible stain job AFTER the powerwashing damage had been done. The staining/painting company I used was recommended and used by our builder to do all of the painting and staining in the development, and the owner of that company did an exceptional job. Shame on them for pointing the finger at someone else rather than taking responsibility. This company even does deck staining and they could have offered to redo it themselves.
