I have been going here for a little over a year now and will never go anywhere else again. Tori is by far the best waxer (and person) in this town and perhaps even this world and I really am not even exaggerating. She is extremely quick and painless. I get my Brazilian done by her and honestly there are more sensitive spots of course, but she makes it go by so fast and pain-free! She is amazing at what she does and truly has a heart of gold. I highly suggest for anyone looking for an amazing wax done quick and easy! read more

My daughter bought me a Groupon for this salon for Mother's Day. I finally used it today and WOW is all I can say!!! Jessica did my 60 minute facial and it was amazing!!! I've had several facials done in Henderson that were mediocre at best. I will definitely be making regular visits here!!! read more

The staff is super friendly. Love that there is always conversation. I specially the wax they use, it doesn't hurt as much. I recommend trying it out and see what you think. read more

This was my first time going to Smooth As Silk and the service was a Brazilian wax. My esthetician was Tori. She is very friendly and talkative which made me relax. She did an excellent job. read more

Tori is fabulous. The shop took great precautions during Covid. They do a meticulous job. Would not go anywhere else!

Maritza was amazing! Surprisingly most relaxing wax I've ever had. Loved my experience here. As you know Brazilian waxes aren't rainbows and unicorns but I do it for the results! Calling to schedule was extremely easy, receptionist was kind and scheduled me within the hour. Let her know I was pregnant and was comforted that it wasn't a problem. It's located behind anytime fitness and wasn't hard to find because of the her detailed directions. Upon arrival I was amazed at how beautiful Smooth as Silk was. Beautiful set up, artwork, hardwood flooring furniture and rooms. My esthetician Maritza was down to earth and amicable. The whole wax was so relaxing which is the first time I've ever said thag I think it was a combination of how she waxed and the wax itself because for not waxing in a long long time this was completely bearable and not very painful at all. I'd definitely recommend anyone even expecting mamas to go to Maritza and Smooth as Silk. Will definitely be back based on customer service and waxing read more

See all

I have been using waxing services here for years and just recently had one of their facials! OMG!! I drive all the way to Henderson (35 minutes each way) for the amazing hair removal services offered here. My 1st facial was so wonderful that I already have another one scheduled. So worth going all the way out there. I will continue and when i go for waxing i will do a facial too. Bonus to self. read more

Considering this was my first time going in to get waxed, of course I was nervous and anxious but the second I walked in I felt welcomed. Costumer service was amazing. The name speaks for itself. I am so glad I came across this place. Tori and her staff are awesome!!! Friendly, courteous and professional. I am a bit ocd and Tori is the only person in all my 10+ years of getting hair removal done that does to my standards. Not a single hair left behind and always gets the crooks and crannies. It is a fun, enjoyable experience (believe it or not!) getting my Brazilian done due to the wax used and Tori's great sense of humor. You have a loyal customer here! Try for yourself, you won't be disappointed. read more

Love this place! Went last month for a Brazilian wax and I was very satisfied. They use hot wax, have many different package options and even price match! The next time you go ask for Maritza she was phenomenal. I didn't even feel like I was getting waxed. read more

What I love about Smooth As Silk most is that their actions speak louder than words. An Aesthetician can talk til they're blue to their face about what you need to do, but the results end up never happening. After almost 2 years of being a loyal patron, the work I have received from the staff has been consistent and rewarding. I have reduced my back acne significantly, and I am almost done with the post acne marks with both their suggestions of home self-care, and in shop treatment they provide. When it comes to eyebrows, they are masters. KRISTEN is phenomenal, and consistent; i never leave there unhappy. The leadership is all family, and they work under the principles of honesty, integrity, and consistency, and expect nothing less from anyone they allow to work for their establishment. I high recommend Smooth As Silk, you won't be disappointed. read more

This team of professionals are awesome, they can make a chimpanzee feel like a movie star. Now they can't make them a movie star but can make you feel like one. So, have you ever had your eyebrows waxed and teared up from the pain? Yeah, every time that has happened to me EXCEPT for today when I visited Smooth as Silk. It must be the wax they use or the gentle nature of the process, but it was the least painful experience I have had to date. They don't use strips to pull off the wax, but instead just pull off the wax. It is really the best I have had and I have had many experiences with several different places. read more

This place is the best! I've had waxing done at other places before, but never as cleanly or pain-free as when I went to Smooth as Silk. Their patented wax seems to work and feel better somehow.
