And of course, I work too so my availability to have this sorted is only so flexible. Long story short, within a 1 week time frame of the overcharge to me finally meeting with the store manager - Jennifer - or whatever, of course gives me the run around, saying something like, "oh, well my associate gave you a discount on something you shouldn't have gotten a discount on so you lucked out." Ok, so first of all, he gave me a 5% discount (not 25%) off a 9 dollar item instead of the $30 dollar lighter - which I got NO discount on. So I lucked out? Wow. I can not believe you just said that. And while I know Smoochee's has no return policy, you fixing this error that your incompetent employee who I assumed you personally trained would be a good show of character, which clearly, you are just a terribly sordid and base individual.
