Staff outside the room seeming to talk very loudly to each other to talk over the loud music. The lighting in the room was such that it felt like I was under a spot light the entire time I was lying on my back and felt blinded even with my eyes closed. I realize I sound picky, but I spent $170 there and I expected a zen like experience and felt like it was anything but that.

At my first appointment, we confirmed my two small tattoos directly next to one another would be classified and priced as a single "small" session at $200, and my next visit was rebooked at that same classification with the front desk while Averie was present. During my second session, the treatment went ahead as normal and Averie and I chatted throughout the treatment for ~30 minutes with no mention of any price change. Only after it was complete did the front desk tell me I'd be charged for a "medium" instead, bringing the total to $300. When I pushed back, the explanation I got from Averie felt jumbled and inconsistent. I paid the difference anyway because I'd already received the treatment and didn't feel I had a real choice. Deciding pricing after a service is done, when the client has no ability to say no, isn't something I can overlook, especially with a licensed provider where trust matters. I'm not sure if I'll be booking future sessions here. EDIT: The owner has reached out to rectify the situation, so I'll adjust the stars rating but leaving this up in case there are others who run into this same issue for transparency.

They offer a wide range of services, including microneedling, laser treatments, tattoo removal, and more, and the entire space has a polished, high-end feel without being intimidating. Angela's treatment room is lovely and comfortable, and she has a way of making the whole experience feel relaxed while still being extremely precise and professional. I prayed to find the right person because permanent makeup isn't something that grows out like hair. Rhonda is so kind, professional, and talented! Her shop is meticulously clean. The parking is free and plentiful. Her shop is not shared with anyone else, so there is privacy, and it's adorable! Her prices are very reasonable as well! But the most important thing is Rhonda knows what she's doing! I had my brows and top eyeliner done. I don't know how she does it, but it was nearly painless. She kept complaining about how long it was taking, how usually she's done sooner, my hairs so complicated etc (like everything about my hair was a pain and sooooo much work for her). Her and another stylist talked crap about 2 different customers after they left. She was rough with my hair (my neck was all red and scratched after I left there from her combing my neck instead of my hair). She left dye on my scalp and told me to clean up myself!!! I will post what my hair looked like last time I got it colored which is what I wanted done this time and what it looks like now.
