I couldn't cut my hair completely to where I wanted it but she was definitely able to get it trimmed up and balanced once again. Bonus: She didn't complain about having to cut my bangs like some previous stylists did since they had issues with getting it to lay the way I wanted it to lay. I loved that she didnt make me feel like I was inconveniencing her with cutting my bangs. She's very sweet and kind. So if you are like me and struggle with describing what you need then you need to see her. She is patient and will tell you what she can do for you instead of forcing something (cut/color) that won't leave you satisfied in the long run. She obviously either doesn't value my time (at all) or she is woefully in over her head and the best thing I can do is remove myself. I didn't create her back log, but I did alleviate it. It is woefully unprofessional, deeply inconsiderate, and a terrible way to treat anyone. I cannot see myself returning and putting myself in the position where I wait 30 minutes for an appointment I made 6 weeks ago and get ZERO customer service. It's not a great look.
