By 11:15 I was seeing a pattern. I told myself if she still hasn't spoken to me by 11:30 I would just leave. Yes, I could have tried to get a new appointment. But, why? She obviously either doesn't value my time (at all) or she is woefully in over her head and the best thing I can do is remove myself. I didn't create her back log, but I did alleviate it. It is woefully unprofessional, deeply inconsiderate, and a terrible way to treat anyone. I cannot see myself returning and putting myself in the position where I wait 30 minutes for an appointment I made 6 weeks ago and get ZERO customer service. It's not a great look. It makes me even madder that she's blaming the girl saying she was late...guess who should pay the burden on that? Not your next client Michele.
