One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the indoor pool - we called first to make sure it was available and to confirm the hours. It being open until 11PM was awesome and not something you typically come across since most pools close 9-10PM. We got lucky and there was no one else in the pool area so we had a blast. The room & water were heated & comfortable. I have zero complaints about our room. It smelled fresh (not just that obnoxious perfume-y smell that's obviously covering up odors) it genuinely felt and smelled clean. The bed was very comfortable, and both soft/firm pillows were provided so you have options! USB ports & plugs in the nightstands and placed throughout the room so there's always a convenient charging spot. We didn't end up trying the restaurant for dinner or breakfast so I can't comment on that, but the room has its own Keurig coffee machine and downstairs had a coffee station with extra cream/sugar provided. Also, fridge and microwave in our room. The bathroom was clean, the shower was hot, the fan was LOUD which is nice for privacy purposes. Thermostat worked well and quickly. I appreciated the TV channel guide being printed out so we could see all of our options. The ONLY negatives I can share - WiFi was extremely slow. I gave up trying to use it at all. In the morning, housekeeping knocking on a door nearby was so loud it woke me up in a panic because it sounded like they were coming into our room. All in all, very minor complaints to have.
