    Stopped by for a cheap vaporizer and ended up buying a few more items, these guys have almost everything and the lady was nice too.

I bought two with hopes to use them, and BOTH of the two that I bought were defective! When I called to let them know, the male (unknown name) was very rude, and He really didn't care to hear what I had to say. They gave a no return, no exchange policy that's really bummy, because The price of the things I needed sure was unbelievably low quality, or outdated/unusable. DO NOT COME HERE FOR QUICK FIX!!!!

    If you're going here for the 10% off one item check-in, don't go. I was told that it could not be…read morehonored, even though it was on their Yelp page. The employees told me that even if they wanted to, there was no way to select it from their dropdown menu of premade discounts. To back this up, an employee turned the computer around and showed me the list of premade discounts with the first one reading: "10% off with valid reason." ???? When I pointed it out and told her that the deal on their validated Yelp page seemed like a pretty valid reason, I was told that it was not. Another employee then tried to mansplain business and bottom lines to me. ??? Yes, I do understand that a business must make its bottom line, and that means making sure marketing initiatives are in line with that bottom line. It also kind of seemed like the employees didn't understand what the Yelp discount was. I was met with a slew of questions like "but that's on your Yelp account," unable to understand that the offer is displayed on everybody's Yelp. I was told that 1. The owner gets really mad if they allow 10% discounts 2. The owner controls the Yelp page. ???? In my mind, that meant that the owner would know about the Yelp discount, right? But I guess it wasn't communicated to the employees? I'm not sure, but it sounds like not a lot of top-down communication is happening, leaving the customers SOL. I even emailed the owner using the store's business email, and I received no response. It just kind of hurt my head dealing with these folks. And honestly, I only purchased the item because the saleswoman (Lauren) was so nice; it wasn't even the color I wanted which made all of this even more painful. The last thing I want to say is that while the employee tried to explain business principles to wittle ol me, I should have probably explained marketing to him, and detailed that a bad customer experience and a bad review is going to lose a lot more money than the 10% offer I was trying to redeem.

    Alarming Stocking Practices & Horrid Customer Service (Go Elsewhere) - TLDR: Owner admitted to…read morelying to me when I sought exchange/discount for old crusty gummies he apparently wanted to restock. Interaction recorded and verifiable. Will upload to Google review if Owner attempts to dispute. Owner admitted to lying during our short product exchange. I purchased blueberry gummies I'd bought here before but after driving 10 minutes home I saw they were not the same vibrant blue as last time but pale white & green with a chalky substance on them. I called the store repeatedly to discuss a refund/discount but the phone rang off the hook. I kept trying to reach them the entire time I drove back to the store. By the time I got back I was extremely upset and wanted an exchange and a discount of new gummies. Owner said it "wasn't his problem" phone didn't work. Owner also stated it was against franchise policy to give discounts of any kind. He then changed his tune, apparently just to dig at me, and said he "had to say something" because I "just came in wanting a discount". He stated he would only give it to me if I was 'nice'. When clarifying if he had lied to me he said "yeah basically" - which is when he realized I had started videoing our interaction. I asked why it was okay to refuse to discount me for being upset that I got gross gummies, couldn't reach him, and had to take an extra 20 minutes out of my day for this exchange. Owner finally stated he would give me 20% discount but "would never serve" me again. Which I profess to be fine with considering how horrible this experience was from start to finish. Then he repeatedly apologized and seemed like he wanted to backtrack. Give me a break. ALARMING - when I poured the old gummies out onto the counter to take a video of them he got upset and goes, "Why would you do that!?" stating he now has to throw them away. I reminded him I had already touched them and they were clearly old so he should throw them away no matter what. WHY WOULD HE RESTOCK THOSE!? Owner needs to leave the nice bespectacled guy at the counter, take a customer service course, and try not to bold faced lie in the future. I've spent hundreds of dollars here - now I'm going back to SMOKEY'S ON WESTHEIMER (they have a bigger store and parking lot). Such an absolutely upsetting experience from a health and humanity perspective.
