This smoke shop does not ID consistently and it's need to be within the ownership to come to an understanding that if we have receipts from your establishment that we bought HEMP WRAPS , which is not a tobacco product . You cannot deny service. We have receipts . I did the right thing as a responsible citizen of this country not to buy her products even though she has bought hemp wraps here before (which is a non tobacco product). Because he is a certified ID checker and assumed it was fake . So yes they sell to minors .
