Instead, I got pushback. At one point, I was told I could leave a Yelp review for 25% off, which felt more like they were trying to manage their image than actually fix the issue. After going back and forth, the best they offered was $10 off. This whole situation cost me time, gas, and unnecessary stress, all for products that didn't even last a full hour.
