Instead, I got pushback. At one point, I was told I could leave a Yelp review for 25% off, which felt more like they were trying to manage their image than actually fix the issue. After going back and forth, the best they offered was $10 off. This whole situation cost me time, gas, and unnecessary stress, all for products that didn't even last a full hour. Customer service should stand behind what they sell, especially at higher price points. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.

I asked them about returning the devices (I've spent around $150 here in 1 month since I'm relatively new to vaping) and they have a strict no return/exchange policy, according to the person I was speaking with, because its a "tobacco product". I decided to go to Vaporider down the road, and explained that I'm looking for a reliable battery system and explained my issues, and they directed me towards a vaporizer that has actually worked AND because they knew I was concerned with the issues I had from my previous 2 items, said that I was free to return the device within 30 days if it did not live up to my standards. Long story short, this place has a terrible customer service policy (not blaming the employees on this one) and employees that are not well versed in products. Edit: Just found out a week or so after writing this review that Vaporider sells the exact same salts at 1/2 the price. I feel duped having used Civil Vapes for so long.
