I have been a loyal customer for 2 years. Today, no longer. I have a dreadful encouter with the Manager on duty this morning. Apparently, after paying for everything I wanted, this manager thought I had stolen something. This uppity red head with glasses yelled out in front of at least five other customers that I was a thief. No proof whatsoever exept it "looked like I had on camera". I tried to show my reciept to her and she rushed me and got in my face. The then proceed to say these exact words as I could smell her breath, "You a damn liar and a f***ing thief. You are a piece of s***, get out of my store and never come back!" Again, I tried to explain that I had stolen nothing. She screamed, " Do you wanna watch the video? How about we call the police?" I said, "Please do. I want to clear this up." She repeatedly screamed at me to get out. I finally just left called the police myself and my lawyer. Sadly, the cops cant do anything for me but did suggest I simply am not a thief, obviously beacause 1. I have the reciept proving I paid for said item 2. I called them first. 3. I had not left the store yet so even if something had happened, zero crime was commited. They suggested I call the owner and a lawyer. Lawyer says I have a great case to sue for public slander and harrassment even possibly for coming at me in such an aggressive manner (threatening bodily harm). I could sue the pants off of them in other words. Im not that kind of person. I want a public apology and for manager to be dealt with properly and thats all. I am not going to take everything the owner has just because his employee is the "piece of s***" who needs dealing with. I will never return or do buisness with these people again. Congrats to the owner though, due to spreading the word about this....He is going to lose thousands of dollars because this woman flew off the handle, was dead wrong and rushed me. I had a right to defend myself at that point. She should thank her lucky stars I was calm about this whole messed up situation especially being a sufferer of PTSD. If it can happen to me, it can happen to you. read more
