The bearings were installed on my board without giving me the original packaging, and my old bearings were handed back to me wrapped in a paper towel. On top of that, my receipt listed the item as a vague "custom item." In hindsight, this feels like an intentional move to hide the brand and prevent me from looking up what I actually bought. After being disappointed with their performance, I removed a wheel to investigate and discovered the same bearings are sold online for $19.50-$21.99. A 150% markup is absurd--especially with zero transparency. I fully support local businesses, but this felt like a blatant rip-off. It's frustrating and disappointing to feel taken advantage of by a shop I've trusted for years. Unfortunately, this was the last straw. I won't be returning.
