Bro...when i tell you those guys are good dudes. Mike and Beedy? Not sure how to spell his name. Had bought a vape from them a few months before. Dropped it and couldn't get it to work. I was completely ready to shell out another $100+ for a new mod. Those guys had an EASY sale. Instead they took 30minutes tinkering and messing with my "broken" vape. And they got the thing working. I was blown away. It was probably the best customer service I've ever recieved. They saved me a ton of money that I had already accepted id be parting with. They showed me what the issue was, how to identify it in the future, and how to resolve it. They cleaned the whole thing trying to identify the issue originally. Their genuine concern for me as a customer cannot be overstated and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I was already their customer. My business has been theirs for a while.
