They sent it in to the company and I got a brand new bag back for the mere cost of shipping!!! And it doesn't end there. I started eyeing a slightly bigger (more expensive) bag. I need and have used a big bag for when I go to Europe for three weeks and am always looking for more space! So I asked Matt if I could trade in the new bag for a larger bag. He said yes! He only charged me the difference between the trade in bag and the bag I took home!!! I got a LARGER, BRAND NEW bag, for a fraction of the cost!!! The explanation I got was "Well, did you not open it and try it before you drove away? We tell ALL of our customers to open before leaving." No tf don't! And no where is there a policy that states you can't return something after 24 hours. I'm HIGHLY frustrated. It's only $14 but when you go through a vape ev few days. It's costly. I told them I wouldn't be back, she shrugged w with a shitty look in her face. I normally don't blast businesses on social media but they were out of line and don't give a crap about their loyal customers.

The business is part of a vertically integrated landscaping concern run by an over-educated gentleman named Dean, although the nursery is run by a friendly and knowledgeable manager named Kim. She is a font of ideas and suggestions, and if you bring photos of your garden and house she is more than willing to get you going. This is about as non-corporate as it gets, and the selection is way more diverse than the big box stores. The shrubs are grown and tended with care, and are guaranteed healthy--you can replace anything that doesn't survive. If you want great service with a personal touch, you can't go wrong here. Credit cards taken too, no need to bring cash
