I came in mid morning Friday with 30 lbs ready to grind, and I was treated like I was their most important customer. They took 10 minutes making recommendations, offered to bend their rules and let me do bo both brats and Italian sausage even though they have a 20 lb min for each, and got my meat back to me the next day. When they checked me out, they made some very practical recommendations on how to prep them for the freezer and thanked me for being a customer. Honestly, I probably would have put up with poor customer service for the quality of product they offer, but I'm happy I don't have to. I'll never go to a different meat processor again.

Not at all, even though I would put this view as my top 2-3 ever at a restaurant ( Compared to a Michelin restaurant in Cannes France overlooking the Ocean, a restaurant at the top of a mountain in Keystone Colorado, and this place all breathtaking.
