You might want to plan your order ahead. They had everything I wanted to order the 2 times I've ordered from them but the site says they run out... If you ever have a chance to stop in, do so! They took 10 minutes making recommendations, offered to bend their rules and let me do bo both brats and Italian sausage even though they have a 20 lb min for each, and got my meat back to me the next day.
