She took a card to open a tab but then couldn't find the tab and asked me to get up come to the end of the bar to present my card again and sign the bill when I was ready to leave. My scotch was on the tab but not my cigar. That took a bit of hassle to find the cigar I ordered and have it rung up separately. Not a major disaster but an unnecessary annoyance. I could have easily walked out without paying for the cigar.

After asking a couple of questions Teresa stepped in to give me a personal concierge experience that was outstanding she made recommendations and answered any questions I had. I was partly disappointed due to not carrying the cigar I was looking for (La Flor Dominicana Andalusian Bull) and there is no smoking allowed in the shop. There isn't a walk in humidor but several display cases of stogies throughout the place. A wide variety of pipes, magazines, accessories and tobacco products available. The service was good, prices are competitive and the place is well kept but the landlord needs to allow a smoke in a cigar lounge.
