Roommates and I ordered some goodies from Cannabake for the first time after it got recommended to us, and we had a great experience. Website is easy to use and they have so many options! We went with mostly brownies and cookies. Get the cheesecake brownie - it was SO good. Didn't try everything the first night, looking forward to the rest. Treats are strong, but don't have an aftertaste like some other edibles do, so that was a plus for us. With the taste and mg to cost ratio, you're getting a pretty good deal. Delivery was smooth, paid cash. We were glad the order minimum was lower Tues-Thurs because cookies and brownies won't last very long before going stale so we didn't want to get too much. Been a customer for a couple years but service has gone downhill/become way less personal. There's now a delivery fee (not mentioned on the website) for anyone more than 10 minutes from them (I was told that I was 15 away and even though I more than doubled the purchase minimum I was subject to this fee). There's also a venmo fee that I forgot about before sending payment, and they refused to refund the money/forced me to pay the extra fee (which they weren't even charged for since I did not send as a goods payment). Just immaterial stuff that makes a big difference in terms of customer service, and with the number of similar businesses in DC isn't something I want to deal with, especially as I've been a customer here for a while. Oh and the response to me asking where the delivery fee information/terms were stated on the website was "not to be rude but you should've asked and we would've told you" - what? You're a delivery service, I would expect if you charge a fee for this service, to include it somewhere - website, order page, confirmation email, etc. Maybe if I was a new customer I would've asked, but seeing as I was never charged this fee in the past, I did not. For the treats - Cookies/fudge/rice krispies/baked goods have all been good, but haven't had good experiences with the candy that either don't work/don't taste great/have to be smashed basically into pieces to consume (looking at you lollipops). read more

This place is AWFUL, and for someone with extensive experience utilizing delivery service in the DC area, that's saying a lot. After placing an order with no confirmation I texted the number listed and received no reply. 30min later I placed an order directly through their website and received confirmation via email and text. After arriving an hour late my order was received incomplete. When notified, instead of rectifying the issue, they argued with me stating they filled the wrong order and it was what it was. Mind you the missing item in question was a preroll, something many other dispensaries will literally give out for free with most orders. I was excited to try this place as they have an extensive menu with loads of dietary options. That said, I ordered an assortment of items including gummy worms, a lemonade, and lollipops. I do not smoke and only indulge in edibles from time to time so not a heavy user. NONE of their products worked. The taste was great (that's the one star) but given that nothing had THC effects, I guess I know why. My partner tried some of everything I ordered and she too said she did not feel a thing and thought maybe they were CBD treats. The lemonade and lollipops for example were each labeled 100mg. After eating an entire lollipop and drinking half the lemonade, zero results. For nearly $100, I'll keep looking around or go back to my old delivery place. Either this place is selling CBD and all these positive reviews or false or they are severely overestimating the dosages in their products. read more

The edibles taste great and always have me floating. I love their edibles while my brother enjoys the cartridges. He has no complaints! On top of their amazing products, they have even better customer service! One tiny issue is their wait times can be kind of long. If you have a 2:30 pickup time, you likely won't be contacted by the courier until at least 2:45. Then you wait another 5 or so minutes before they come to you.
