Just came in for Loose Leaf's which are typically between $10-$12 anywhere else but this guy charges $16. I already should've tired away at the up-sale price but I was in already there and in a hurry. I opened the pack in front of the store employee to see if they were fresh and they were stale and old. I asked him if I could exchange the pack since he just witnessed me pay for and open a $16 pack that was of no use. He tried to sale me other packs and charge me more money. When I realized he was not going to accommodate me for their poor product quality, I decided to just leave rather than argue. I think that if your store is responsible for selling OLD AND LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS, then they should be willing to take accountability and correct the mistake. Bought a torch here for my boyfriends birthday once I got home we checked it out and it was already defective, it wasn't working right and the butane would leak out after trying to fill it. This place is an absolute disaster. First, the Idiot that is employed here lied about their price. This man tried to sell me a MINIATURE BONG which had a price tag of $35.99 for $80. When I asked why he hiked the price up he said it was because silicone bongs are convenient and they never break. Silicone is cheap to produce and many of the nearby shops here sell it for around the original price of $35. This person thought I was naive and once I mentioned that the bong was not worth $80 he backtracked and offered to sell it to me for $50 and then again to $40 after I reiterated that the price for the quality was not worth it. Lying to guests by putting incorrect pricing, displaying horrible customer service skills, and overpricing cheap items should be the biggest reason why NO ONE should step in here. I don't usually complain about my shopping experiences but this is BY FAR the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of stepping into. Save yourself the time and effort by shopping at better smoke shops in the area that have solid pricing and high quality items. This place sells fake defective vape pens. Bought one for $20 and didn't even leave the store with it because it tasted so burnt , even the guy behind me said his vape tasted burnt too. When I asked for a refund or some kind of compensation for the $20, the store guy started yelling and getting angry, threatened to call the police and ban me from the smoke shop. The guy who works there doesn't know how to count change and consistently rips off customers. He gave me back the wrong change and when I told him, he claimed that I'm accusing him of not knowing how to count, that people think he's 'sleeping' and how he gets this 10x a day everyday and he's not 'sleeping' and is not going to be taken advantage of. He goes on and on defending himself. As customers come in I watch him and he does the same. One guy comes in to cash his scratchers winnings of $10. He asked for new tix to scratch. Guy leaves. Come back in after a minute. Told the worker " you owe me $5. You only gave me a $5 scratcher". The workers response? " you left too soon". Omg. Seriously? Then he comes back to me and tells me he knows his job and that he's not 'sleeping' although people think he is and that he's kicked people out accusing him of not giving the right change. At this point I figure my time is worth more than the $4 change he took from me and that whatever he's on (definitely on something that day) I don't want to see him get crazy on me. Never going here again. This is a trend of his to make a few extra bucks for himself each day. To each its own but I'm never spending my money there. Just want others to know and be warned.
