I asked him if I could exchange the pack since he just witnessed me pay for and open a $16 pack that was of no use. He tried to sale me other packs and charge me more money. I think that if your store is responsible for selling OLD AND LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS, then they should be willing to take accountability and correct the mistake.
