Love this shop. By far the best smoke shop in the area. It's my go to. The owner and all the guys that work there are super friendly and always have what I need. Definitely need to stop there if you need anything! read more

My husband and I come here regularly and the owner is more than accommodating. Thank you for being the friendly welcoming neighborhood place. I will tell everyone to shop here read more

I'm glad we didn't check the reviews first cause this place is definitely worth dropping into. They had so many options to choose from. Martin was knowledgeable and friendly. Check it out. You won't be disappointed. read more

I came to this shop in the search of a good vape store where I would feel comfortable. I was happy to see their huge inventory! The owner JAY and the staff always make me feel welcomed and patiently help me get what I need read more

This store buys and sells high price fake vapes. I bought an uno 1200 hit for 19.00... the flavor ran out the next day and gives me intense cotton mouth, all signs of a fake vape. I used to work at a smoke shop who ran things right and never bought fake vapes, trust me when I say their vapes are fake, some if not all. read more

Martin was very helpful and informative both over the phone and in person! The store is clean and well-organized. The selection is vast as well. read more

Great help. Had a great time inside. Found all the vapes I needed. Very happy. Good prices

Every body has there own experience, I ran into some problems at this shop, they use knock off products and low cost brands witch explains why it's cheaper. They also saw me return for a second day and knew I wasn't coming back to purchase something again, and gave me a very unhelpful atmosphere that pushed me out the door instantly. They didn't evan wanna see if there was another attachment or give me any input on anything else related to the topic on how I could find what I was looking for or Evan explain a replacement I could use, they just said they didn't have anything and stood and stared at me. We've all ran into this miscommunication type conversations before, but being a very recognizable client it felt different. Nobody wanted to help or acknowledge me once I walked in with my (POS) item. We tend to use smoke shops very commonly, I had been a customer there for about a year n a half. I recommend going to multiple shops for quotes and ideas on brands for the specific item, do some personal research online, and if you go to this place and you feel like your being forced to by something don't because you will just spend more money buying that item and having to replace it with a better version. It's just a cheap little smoke shop next to a massage place and sex shop in a plaza, you can find something better. I was cool with this spot until Lil dude pulled that ish last week read more

Anyone goes there be careful. To their policy. !!! No matter what you buy and it doesn't work. You can't return or exchange no matter what Worse service ever. I bought a hookah and it was leaking. I tried to exchange it .. but they won't do something about it !!!! read more

I came in with a female friend last night, immediately the 2 guys working there started to act Macho/ aggressive with me, I asked about pricing, then the tall guy with tats gets mad when I told him I pay for for it cheaper somewhere else and he said well go there and buy it we don't give discounts, I asked him why he was being passive aggressive with me since we walked in after that the short guy with dreads said he is passive aggressive too and proceeds to come towards me like he wanted to fight. These guys are clearly drug addictts working high and causing the owner to get 1 star reviews and lose business. read more

Smoke N Chill - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Dallas, Texas

AWFUL! I went in for the first time today. I tell the person working I need a new vape pen and I tell them exactly what I want. It needs to be compatible with a cartridge, it needs to have a button, and I'd like it to be less than $50. They sell me one, I leave. I get in my car and open it up and notice immediately that it doesn't work with a cartridge. I go right back in, not even 10 minutes after purchasing It. She apologizes and is about to exchange it for something cartridge compatible, but she needs to call her boss to get permission. Apparently they say no and there's nothing that can be done and won't let her exchange it for me. I walk out. I walk back in and ask if I can speak with the manager, they call him and before the employee can even say why they're calling his boss hangs up on him. They tell me the manager is going to be back later. I call an hour later and ask to speak with the manager and he won't even take my call!!! He makes his employee tell me there's nothing they can do. So I was sold the wrong thing by them, and they refuse to exchange it or fix the mistake. I'm not even asking for a refund! I'm asking for an exchange to fix the salesperson mistake. I moved into a house over here a few weeks ago and planned on shopping here a lot! NEVER AGAIN! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

I really did like this store at one point but they sell a lot of fake delta 8 carts and are over priced I got a disposable tree top and I always use to get them in a sealed bag and tear it open but this guy tried self me one out the bag I told him something about he said it's new packaging which was a lie you can go to there website and confirm they seal that stuff and I came back a second time to see if he (the manager) was there again and no but I went ahead and tried to buy a delta 8 cart and I always try it before I leave and this cart did not work the clerk said let me see takes it out of my hand and puts it to charge and proceeded to hit my vape and say it works long story short it did not work I'm still pissed and don't trust there delta 8 products most of that shit has been there for months but they'll tell you we just got this stuff read more

The prices seem fair to me. I usually get the disposable vapes, the uno brand. They always work. I read the other reviews. I've never had a vape not work. The staff are all very personable. I've had nice conversations with several of them. read more

Absolutely love this place, amazing workers like William keep me coming back! Super convenient and has everything you need and more!

Do not come to smoke and chill. They do not have good vapes. If you get a bad vape that doesn't hit or taste burnt they will do nothing about it. You will be left with bad nicotine, horrible customer service. I remember when I first came and they asked if I would make a review and I was nice enough to but I deleted that good review real quick you guys do not deserve a good review I will never be coming back I will let everyone that I know including friends and family, etc. to not come here how are you going to give someone a bad vape and not exchange it for a better one do you really think customers are going to want to come back? read more

Read some reviews such haters, lol... I would give this place 5 stars, but they have bad return policy and slightly expensive. With that being said , I got great customer service. He was nice, made me feel welcome and we had a great conversation . He and the whole interaction was 5 Stars and yes they will get my business, again, but I have to state fact as well. Remember, it a 5 Star scale. If it was ten they would have gotten a 9. read more

Good place, great selection and nice staff. Really happy with the products here. Don't believe the bad reviews; get on their rewards program you get nice deals. read more

This place is run horribly. They fired people that knew what they were talking about to hire a couple of poser kids who BLARE heavy metal and will tell you all about all the celebrities their mothers have boned. Super rude and uncaring with no regard for others with their words or actions. Put in a specific order request for a bulk amount of the mango juul pods well before they went illegal and they got super irritated and unprofessional with me on my SECOND CALL saying I need to stop calling there, that they will contact me as soon as they could because they were busy. It was hours in between my calls, it was not like I was blowing them up, and I NEVER received a call back. There are sooo many better smoke shops less than 5 miles away. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Pass on this smoke shop. Lack of customer services and willingness to work with customers

Awesome products and decent prices! Love the discount/coupon incentives that bring customers back

Please hire people with better customer service skills. When people come to spend their money they want to greeted happily. Not treated like a random walking pile of flesh. I don't think I'll be coming back to this store. read more

Went in because the glass broke on my tank and they didn't have a replacement in the size I needed. I didn't bring the box with my glass-less tank so I was told they didn't have that tank in stock. I opted to buy a new mod at the suggestion of the employee since it was around the same price as the tank ($40 smok t-storm). I bought the display since it was all they had in the color I wanted, get back to work and there's no tank in the box. How did you not notice a missing tank NOT in the box when you're putting the mod in there to sell! Drive back up with the mod I had bought less than an hour before that I obviously couldn't have used without all of the parts AND the box for my original tank I was replacing and poof, after a call to a coworker there's a tank that fits for $50. I don't mind paying a $10 difference, I haven't been able to vape all day. I get rung up for the full price of $50 for the tank. Apparently their manager has a "really strict return policy" so now I just spent over $100 on a mod I didn't need but bought for the tank it was supposed to have, a $50 tank I needed and could've bought in the first place, and a bottle of juice that didn't get filled all the way. In defense of the juice not being full, I did say that was fine. No call to a manager to see if anything could be done to fix the employee's multiple mistakes, just a "yah sorry about that, he's like, super strict." Have been going there for a while now, but not after today and will make sure to let my peeps know to go elsewhere as well. Shame, I really liked this place too but this is absolute garbage customer service. read more

I had an upsetting experience shopping there. The guy helping me pulled out a penis pipe and wouldn't stop going on in graphic details to the point it was harassing. I walked away from him and he continued and wouldn't stop then thought it was hilarious. I was so uncomfortable and relieved when other people walked in. I quickly finished checking out and got out of there. Will NEVER go back. read more

I had the displeasure of going home with an $85 e-cig setup Thursday of this week that needed a battery that cost $11.99. I was not told about a battery being needed at that price. I would have asked about other e-cig setups with an actual battery included for a lower price below $85 which was a treat for me actually to spend on myself. To top it all off I had to go back today to find out I would need to spend an additional $11.99 that I do not have right now all because of some ignorant young sales woman who couldn't tell me about a battery. This store is a rip-off and I will not be going back. In addition for my review I would like to state that I have a type 2 sprained ankle and I'm walking in a boot. So I had to go to the store twice because lack of product knowledge. This is why e cigs stores exist so customers aren't ripped off. Update: I went up there a 3rd time to get a battery and have some kind of resolvment. Maybe a refund or store credit, anything. Nothing was offered, just a sorry we messed up. The manager was just dumb struck at the story and muttered under her breath the saleswoman had been downhill for a few weeks. Well that right there is poor management. The manager admitted the sales rep was not a good employee anymore yet kept her on being useless as ever. Good riddance to this shop. This review will go on many review sites. read more

this place has terrible customer service to the point where i don't even think they don't even know what they're talking about. most things over priced and small selection compared to others in the area, will not receive my business again. read more

One star. There was a lovey woman who was there to help me purchase a vape pen last night, but when there was a small issue with the product I called in to ask for assistance. The Indian man who picked up the phone was horribly rude and taciturn, he even hung up on me twice. So rude. I would've given 4 or 5 stars not that I usually review places. But I made a point to warn the rest of you, watch out for this man bc he doesn't give a shit about you. read more

Never have what I'm looking for and this isn't a friendly business either all they care about is their money not their customers obviously. I always feel like I have to hurry and shop when I come in. This place sucks go to Gas pipe for quality products great prices and most of all friendly service. Sorry not sorry. This place has $5 Amazon grinders for $30 in the store I could keep going all day... BAD BUSINESS read more

I stopped by to pick up a couple items, the sign on the door says open at 10 it was 10:15 and the doors were locked and the neon open sign was off. I sat in the parking lot and witnessed several people walk up and pull the door handle to no avail. Oh well I guess they don't want my business or anyone else's for that matter! I just had the best customer service experience here that I've ever had at a smoke shop. I asked to see a certain product which I was purchasing for a friend, of course. The girl who was helping me offered to get all the products of that type out so I could compare. She told me about the pros and cons of each, one of which was buy one get one free. Another one was comically large, which we both had a giggle over. I chose the pink one, but not because I'm female. She let me look at a few of them to make sure I chose the one with a particular feature to my liking. While ringing me up, she asked if I needed another product which complements the item I was purchasing, but I did not need it. I'm glad she thought to ask though, because I might forget I need that too some time in the future, which I'm sure has happened to other people. It was so enjoyable being helped by someone who obviously enjoys working here, and is familiar with the products, which is very helpful. I'll definitely drive out of my way to come here again rather than to a closer store. This is the place to go if you want to get the best bang for your buck, or if you need expert knowledge to help you choose which product is best for you. read more

Poor phone etiquette, couldn't understand the mumbling idiot on the other end. Attitude to match!

This is not a good establishment. I purchased a hookah that was already open. The incorrect down stem was in the box. I came in two times to exchange the stem. He insisted that I could not return the non working product. He took the stem in back and cut it twice. Customer service is horrible! Do not purchase from this store read more
