Great place to get a stick and hang out outside. We were there early for The Great Smoke, so it was quiet and fun among friends. Super selection inside. I would have given it a 5 and was leaning towards a 3 since the manage failed to hire enough staff to handle the bar. It took 30 minutes waiting in line to pay my tab. He's lucky to have a gal there that was doing the job of 3 people, but they were totally overwhelmed. Seriously need to double the staff for next year, at the very least. read more

Just a little slice of civilization in a word filled with vapes and head shops. Amazing selection, and a well stocked bar. Take an hour, and a snifter of brandy or single malt, and relat in an over sized leather chair. Read, converse or just soak in the atmosphere. I've been several times and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, they always make great recommendations when you ask for them. This Smoke Inn sits on Gateway blvd just off 95 and is set up to allow you to do all of the above: Smoke your cigar, have a cocktail, watch some sports, listen to some music or any variation of those. My typical routine is to grab a spot at the bar, have a cocktail and fire up. You can bring your own cigars of browse the large humidor for something new and exciting to try. There is usually a dj on Friday nights, but it is low-key, not like a dance club. The crowd tends to be older (no surprise) and very mellow. The bar is ample sized and the bartenders I have met are very good. Not pushy with the drinks and drinks are well made. Bar is well stocked so as to pretty much cover all of your drinking needs. Prices are fair for both drinks and cigars. Smoke eaters work well for the most part, and everyone I have met working here is pleasant to deal with. There is some outdoor seating as well if you prefer to just sit back and stare off into space. Bathrooms are clean and maintained. All in all a good stop to fire up and kill some time. Quintessential small business turned too big to give adequate customer service. Been many times and bought my whole cigar kit (humidor, lighter & cutter) plus many gars... after speaking to many people at two different stores about exchanging a lighter (2nd that I purchased) I was turned away and denied. My time, energy and just the process alone was worth the proper exchange of lighter especially since I was going to purchase one at two plus times the value. I "gifted" the lighter to the clerk as I did not want to keep a lighter that has this company's brand name on it - keep that. Broxy/Noxy (GM/Manager) at the Boyton location needs to learn customer service and value. read more

Great place to grab cigars in Boynton Beach. They have a respectable selection of different whiskeys, rums, and other spirits, a good beer selection, and an extensive array of fine cigars in a gorgeous humidor. You can enjoy a smoke and drink either at the bar area, one of their comfortable black leather chair, pub tables, or outside lounge. Everyone that works there are very helpful. I would like to start by saying that I feel they have one of the best humidors I've ever visited. However, their customer service and employees suck. The last couple times I was in there I wanted to buy a Leflore Dominicana Andalusian bull. Are because of low inventory they only allowed two per customer. I went in today and they would only sell me one. I know as a fact my friend went in there a couple weeks ago and sold them too. Because I'm not a regular, they only sold me one. They say that they reserve the right individually. Horrible customer service. Needless to say I will never visit that establishment again. read more

Great smoke shop. I have been coming to the various SmokeInn locations for years and I have never been disappointed. The one here in Boynton I would say is the crown jewel. It's huge and they have a huge selection of premium cigars. They also have a full bar which makes it ideal for me. Their prices are on the higher end but not bad at all especially when you consider the great location and full bar. Happy hour starts at 4PM and they have very reasonably priced drinks during happy hour. Inside and outside seating with friendly staff make it one of my go to places for a nice cigar and a drink to wind down. They also host a variety of events like the Big Smoke and lots of local events at the shop itself so look out for those if that's your thing. read more

We arrived at the brunch it was a group of 20. The atmosphere was a bit too smokey for about 16 of them. We had a variety of foods.. Smoked salmon a carving station, with beef brisket, prime rib a variety of salads an omelet station and not to mention an unlimited supply of Mimosas. The coconut cake looks delicious... I wrote a review a few months ago regarding a poor experience at another cigar bar located in Boca, diplomat, it was horrible, long story short they served me 1/3 of a drink I ordered. Well today, folks is a whew story about a different more professional cigar lounge, one with a happy ending (no, not that kind, get your minds out of the gutter). This is a story of a well run lounge, with a massive selection of fresh cigars and professional staff. Again here the story goes like this, I ordered a drink, they poured a little under a full pour, the professional bar tender said hold on a minute I have another bottle in the back I will be right back to give you a full pour. Two minutes later I had my drink in hand. That my friends is how's it's done, she was nice, knowledgeable and professional. Moral of the story go here, don't go there. read more

I don't drink but for those who do they have a full bar and those who do tell me they have a wide variety. Best cappuccino and espresso machine around! Awesome staff that are very knowledgeable and treat you like royalty. I used their online store. They had the cigars I wanted which I believe they don't even make anymore. It shipped fairly fast but they put it in a sealed humidification bag. Cigars didn't even need to sit. In fact, the cigars were at the perfect humidity. 40 new cigars didn't even lower my humidity in my humidor. Very happy with the cigars and the service. read more

This is my absolute favorite place to hang besides corona cigar company in Orlando. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful no matter how much you know. They take their time and are patient and made me a regular there just out of being so helpful. Even the bartenders are kind and attentive. I've been to most of the smoke inns throughout south Florida and this is my favorite of them all. Note: they also have a rare cigar room which holds certain cigars that are private blends or a bit more expensive. It doesn't hurt to check that room out either. read more

I enjoy coming here after work every now and then. It is kept clean and it has a decent ventalation system. The staff and patrons are pretty laid back. I bring my own cigars so I can't comment on the size of their humidor or their selection of cigars. They have a good Scotch selection which is nice. Service has been good consistently. Great cigar bar! Well-run with very good staff and a large inventory of cigars. Full bar! I meet friends here from time-to-time and there is plenty of room on the front patio or inside. They have a large walk-in humidor with most cigars you will want. I've only had one time that they did not carry a particular cigar that I was seeking. I am a member of the Montecristo Social Club and even though this is a Montecristo cigar shop, they really don't know what to do when I present my card. That said, they have given me a high-end lighter and a pretty cool key chain for free! Super nice guys at the Boynton Smoke Inn. Similar vibe at the one in Delray as well (though different owners I believe). If you are bringing a group, you may want to call ahead to make sure they have room inside for you as some evenings they have theme nights (poker, etc.) which draw crowds. read more

This is a smokers heaven! I was in town for business and stopped here for a few sticks and drinks and left with a completely mind blown first impression. As soon as I stepped in I was warmly greeted by Issy who gave me a grand tour of both the regular humidor (which has a full selection) and the "rare" humidor. They also have a full bar...which will have you deep in thought on just what you want to pair your cigar with. Chris was behind the bar the first night and he treated me as if I was a regular. It's a shame that I was in town for only a few days, but I will be stopping by again. The place is beautiful and the customer service will have you coming back!!!!! read more

This is one of the best cigar lounges in the area. Abe runs a great shop. The prices are very fair. There's a full Liquor Bar here too. I love coming here cuz I can just relax. They have an excellent selection of non-alcoholic drinks and coffee. The air conditioner works very well. Friday nights they have karaoke. They even have their own radio station. Not sure how the other reviewer arrived at that conclusion. I travel the country and visit cigar stores and cigar bars everywhere I go and Smoke Inn Boynton is right up there with the best of them. The service is solid, the staff is knowledgable, the selection of cigars is top-notch (not to mention the aging room's selection of rare and vintaged cigars), and there is ample comfortable seating... that just about covers all of my requirements for a go-to cigar bar. BTW: Prime Cigar and Wine Bar is excellent as well. There's no reason to disparage any of the 2 locations. read more

Update 4/23/18. What a reversal!! One of the most unpleasant visits to a retail establishment in recent times. Disinterested staff bordering being rude with a little sarcasm rolled in for good measure. I guess my fatal error was asking what was in the Vintage Humidor. BIG MISTAKE - you missed a golden opportunity as I am a buyer of vintage cigars. Oh well......your loss will be someone else's gain. Extremely unlikely I'll be back. Great ambiance and a very relaxed experience. Light, bright and airy. Great selection of premium cigars either to smoke in, or take out. Very comfy seating, big screen TV. I don't drink so I cannot comment on the bar but it looked very inviting. I will definitely stop in again when I visit Boynton beach. Great job guys! read more
