This might have just been a bad day that the shop worker was having. I hope it doesn't repeat.

Ok, let me start this by saying, I hate leaving reviews. Customers and employees have bad days, as…read morewell as good ones, who's to say you'll have the same experience as the person who left the review in the first place? But I felt like I needed to write this, as a thanks to the employees who helped me today. so I went into uncle Stu's on my little brothers recommendation to pick up some kratom. I knew it was going to be more expensive than what I'm used to (65 for a kilo), and it was. But the two guys who were working were super nice, even though i was prolly a little (unintentionally) rude. I asked for 40grams of their red maeng da. Dude said it would be 45, but then gave me a 5 dollar discount. That was nice enough, and I said thanks and I appreciated it. However, when I got home, and weighed the bag they gave me, it weighed out to 200g's. That's quite the hook up, and I have a feeling they did it on purpose. I foolishly said I'd never come back cause it was too expensive, but if you don't buy online like I do, I HIGHLY suggest going here. The staff is great, and as you can see, they take care of their customers, even when they're cantankerous and (unintentionally) rude like I was.

I use to buy all my vape supplies from this store as well, until they sold me a faulty vape and…read morerefused to replace it. On July 3, 2025 I purchased a vape here, and then went out of town for the weekend for the holiday. When I opened the vape, it had no taste except a burnt taste. I could not even use it, because it tasted so horrible. When I returned on Monday, I went back to the store, and the manager was not there. I explained to the associate that was there what happened, and he called the manager/owner to review with him. I requested only to exchange the vape with the exact same brand and flavor, and did not request any money back, and showed him that the vape was still on 100% indicating I had not used it. The associate tells me "No we cannot exchange that, but I can sell you another one". I explained to him that I was in there every week/every other week, and was a loyal regular customer. He still told me no he would not exchange it for a working vape. I then told him I will not buy a new one, and that they should have a sign posted to inform customers that there are no refunds/exchanges even if the item is broken upon purchase, and that they will now lose a loyal weekly customer. The associate just shrugged his shoulders, and walked away. I walked out, and told him I would never return and I have not. If you purchase from this store, and they sell you broken items, there is no customer service at that point. Sure they are really nice when your actively buying things, but there is no accountability when they sell you broken products. Enter at your own risk with this place.

You don't find many places that have this many options at the price points I saw. I'm a huge Fuente fan and they had sticks that aren't easy to find (unless you're online or want to buy a box.) The lounge is a decent size; plenty of TVs and larger seats line the walls. They also sell soda, water and chips (which I loved) and stay open until midnight on the weekend. The proprietor came around to change the ashtrays consistently, and was very knowledgeable about the cigars. I didn't need any help, but it's always a plus when the staff is attentive and knows their stuff. Highly recommend if you're in the Aurora area.
