Man... This place is legit. Usually when I'm in this neck of the woods I'll go to Humidor. But this place came on the radar so I stopped by. The cigar selection here is amazing. You don't find many places that have this many options at the price points I saw. I'm a huge Fuente fan and they had sticks that aren't easy to find (unless you're online or want to buy a box.) The lounge is a decent size; plenty of TVs and larger seats line the walls. They also sell soda, water and chips (which I loved) and stay open until midnight on the weekend. The proprietor came around to change the ashtrays consistently, and was very knowledgeable about the cigars. I didn't need any help, but it's always a plus when the staff is attentive and knows their stuff. Highly recommend if you're in the Aurora area. read more

Selection of fine cigars is the best in the area. Prices are slightly higher. Nice lounge and patio for enjoying a smoke. The lady who owns/runs this shop is extremely knowledgeable and can make recommendations based on your experience, budget and flavor palette. I have been a loyal customer of Burning Leaf for years. It's THE BEST cigar shop around the Naperville & Aurora area (just my opinion). There's a huge room to smoke in after you walk through their nicely appointed and well stock walk in humidor. There's also a good selection of fine cigars, and smoking accessories to purchase, a pop machine, so what more can you ask for! You can lounge around in the nicely appointed smoking room, as long as you purchase at least one item for $10 or more. But, a $10 minimum buy to sit in a really nice, well ventilated smoking room, that has plenty of comfortable leather chairs, free wi-fi, tables (and yes, you ca play cards), two big screen tv's, to watch golf, football or whatever's on tv, and a gaming system (if you're in the mood for some friendly competition), is a bargain! So don't let the minimum purchase stop you from trying out this great cigar shop. You'll more than make up the $10 bucks on their great prices, if you buy a few at a time. There's a lot of regulars like myself, and we're all a pretty friendly bunch of guys. Many veterans, blue collar guys, white collar "professionals, business owners, with a great mix of all kinds of people that love their cigars. Its a very nice smoke shop, where you can enjoy a good smoke and a nice relaxing atmosphere to hang out in. There's a lot of guys that bring in their lap tops and get their work done, while smoking. Oh, Burning Leaf's prices are very fair, and often less expensive than the other shops. I can't say enough good things about the staff, man they're great, always nice and friendly, and they get to know their customers taste in cigars and remember your name! Plus, the staff doesn't follow you into the humidor, hawking over you as you browse through their wide selection of cigars. There's a few places you can go to purchase your smokes, but for me, Burning Leaf is the ONLY cigar shop where I will spend my money. It's nice to have a place like Burning Leaf, to grab some take out for lunch, then head over there, grab some tasty stogies, then light one up while you're having your lunch. This is the worst run cigar shop I have ever seen. Went in today @ 2:30, picked out a few nice cigars. I then stood at the counter waiting to check out for 15 minutes. No one ever came to help out the place was not busy and this is not first time this has happened at this location. I just walked out. I have spent a lot of money on this place over the years, I will NOT be back. read more

Nice lounge however it will cost you a 10 dollar purchase to sit in it, or $100/month spent there to obtain a membership just to sit down. Selection is excellent. But if I'm already buying there it would be nice to sit down without a quota being placed. read more
