BUYER BEWARE! I am…read morein complete shock as to the way this business is ran and I can foresee it being a matter of time before they are gone if they treat every customer this way. I visited the aurora location about a week ago to purchase a new device. The employee at the time seemed helpful, and offered for me to purchase a charging dock specific to this device as well. It seemed like a worthwhile purchase at the time. However, when I got home, I realized the charging dock was faulty, as it would not take or charge nor give a charge to my device. By the time I had discovered this, the store was closed. I called them the next morning and after informing the employee with the situation, I was told "Well, if I had another one I would exchange it but I don't". I inquired about a refund considering I just spent money on a new product that has never functioned since I bought it, and I was not being offered a resolution by any means. I was told all sales are final and that there would be no way to return it. I should have foreseen this shadiness considering I was never offered a receipt of any kind for my purchase. After further pursuing this issue, the employee finally, but reluctantly agreed to have another charger brought from a different location in order to exchange it. I was told they would have one for me on a specific day. Upon driving an hour to the store on this day, I walk in to an empty store where I am finally greeted with an employee appearing from the back of the store a couple minutes later. Not that I expect to be greeted immediately, but it became very evident that this employee had no interest in serving customers at this time. I informed him that I spoke to someone the past week and was told I would be able to exchange this product since it was faulty. After a sigh and a childish eye-roll, I realized I had probably just wasted a couple hours out of my day. I was told they didn't have the product, despite explicitly claiming that they would have it for me at this time. I politely inquired again about returning the item, seeing as though I had already wasted two trips, one purchasing the faulty product, and then another in attempt to exchange the product (as promised). Yet again I was told that "we can't do that". It was at this point, that the employee declared that I was in the wrong for not bringing this issue to their attention right away. Funny that he would say that, because that is exactly what I did, and that's why I was in the store again in the first place! It was at this point I lost all respect for this business, and my politeness seized as I asked the kid "Don't you think this is nonsense that I purchased a faulty product and I haven't received ANY resolution except for having more of my time wasted?" At this point I was pointed to the door and told to have a good day. Stay away from this shady business!
