I needed a quick fix, just to rotate the air spring in my suspension, wouldn't have taken more that 5 minutes. I asked if I could pay to use their floor jack for the time, and they told me no. So I asked if I could pay for them to do the work instead, and they also said no. I had to drive my car back to my apartment and use a scissor jack (which still took less than 5 minutes to complete on my own without a lift or actual jack.) The technician I spoke to was rude and didn't take the time to see my problem or help me out. Even after I explained in detail what the issue was and how to fix it. I would give this 0 stars if I could. read more

He got me right in and it only took about 15 minutes. If you need a fancy smog place then go somewhere else, but if you like fast, friendly service (even offered me a chair to sit in while I waited), then come here. I had a bad cold in my nose, so I didn't like waiting outside. A senior aged woman was able to get the waiting room unlocked so she could use it. Service is quick on newer cars, but really, I wasn't in any hurry. It seems a lot of these places cut corners so waiting in the car is the only comfortable place if you don't mind smelling the fumes. Weather this time of year is terrible so I really think cheapy smog places owe their customers a few free courtesies. I think the five star customers must drop their car off and go shopping or something. The price was 15 dollars more than the car dealer charged me last time. He lets you wait inside. read more

I just realized I never reviewed! Had to do the smog inspection back in December. First time doing in CA, so wasn't sure of the drill. Pull up and the guy tells me "you need an appointment" so I kind of was bummed. He looked in my backseat and saw my daughter strapped in her car seat and was "I'll just do it now...
