He immediately escalated, claiming it would "destroy" his machines and could ruin other customers' cars for days. I calmly offered a simple solution--let me wipe the headlights myself before going through. Instead, he launched into a long, angry, rambling lecture. I asked for a refund. He said yes, abruptly walked into the building, and left me standing outside while an employee tried to justify the situation. I eventually went inside and again confirmed I would be refunded. As of tonight, no refund has been issued. After reading other reviews, it's clear this kind of behavior from the owner is not an isolated incident. Multiple customers describe similar rude, confrontational treatment. We left and went to Smitty's Car Wash on 16 near H-E-B--cheaper, newer, better equipment, better vacuums, and genuinely friendly staff. Night-and-day difference. If you expect basic professionalism and respect, I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work.
