After I paid, the owner/manager ran out to my car demanding to know why I was getting a wash with a storm coming. I answered honestly: I had used car wax on my headlights and wanted to rinse it off. He immediately escalated, claiming it would "destroy" his machines and could ruin other customers' cars for days. I calmly offered a simple solution--let me wipe the headlights myself before going through. Instead, he launched into a long, angry, rambling lecture. I asked for a refund. He said yes, abruptly walked into the building, and left me standing outside while an employee tried to justify the situation. I eventually went inside and again confirmed I would be refunded. As of tonight, no refund has been issued. After reading other reviews, it's clear this kind of behavior from the owner is not an isolated incident. Multiple customers describe similar rude, confrontational treatment. We left and went to Smitty's Car Wash on 16 near H-E-B--cheaper, newer, better equipment, better vacuums, and genuinely friendly staff. Night-and-day difference. If you expect basic professionalism and respect, I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I reached out to multiple companies and Silicon Auto Detail was one of the first to respond. I booked online, however there was an issue with the software and they were not aware of the booking when the day arrived. I called and they were immediately responsive and apologetic and Rich made it to my house in less than a half hour. Rich went above and beyond making sure my car was detailed to perfection. He was able to buff out some tough scuff marks and by the end it was damn near showroom quality. Very impressed with the service and it's refreshing to see people take pride in their work. One vehicle being a 4Runner and the other a ram 2500 long bed with oversized tires. They're not small vehicle but he definitely made it happen on both vehicles. I only did an exterior wash on the 4Runner and a full detail on the Ram. 4Runner was great, but the Ram looked like he got it ready for a car show! If I stayed in the area I would take it to him but it was a one time thing for me. He is very communicative and works with you! Thank you for the awesome job!
