AM PM Diesel had the truck for appx 2 weeks, they called and advised truck was ready for pickup. When picked up truck, they never touched the death wobble (which was the main reason for taking truck in); they addressed 2 other smaller items on the list and charged us over $5,000. Called their office to find out why none of the other items were addressed & why they did NOT repair the death wobble. We never received a call back nor did they answer our questions about the death wobble nor the other repairs. With the $5 grand they charged most of the repairs should have been made, including the death wobble. Instead they charged enormous amount of money for the 2 repairs (one was only "checking" for leak in radiator, which they indicated was not leaking). BUYER BEWARE - We will NEVER take our truck back to AM PM for repair. Overcharged (by appx 2x) what they did do & NEVER addressed the death wobble, which is dangerous and we are unable to drive our truck except for around town until it's repaired. AM PM didn't even make 1 "Star", D&N

I was stranded four hours from home, exhausted, emotional, and not in the best shape after a long drive and a crazy work week. The guy they sent (a super professional blonde guy who's been with the company over 10 years--I'm so mad I can't remember his name!) not only arrived Jimmy John's quick but seriously turned my whole day around. Not only did he know exactly what to do, but he had me laughing with jokes while still being totally on top of things. Being that I drive a Toyota it's safety features were being a pain--it kept relocking itself and setting off the alarm while he tried to get in, so he had to pop the hood and disconnect the battery to get the keys out(which he forewarned me about). On top of it being a fussy Toyota, my driver door is messed-up & my hood latch, so I know my service was a PITA but he stayed calm and patient the entire time. I was so grateful he was the one sent out. He wouldn't even let me tip him! I honestly couldn't not have had a better experience. If you're ever locked out, I hope you get someone like him.

Zane was very friendly and professional when he arrived. The vehicle could not be started so he was very knowledgeable about how to load it by putting it in neutral to winch it up on the wrecker. Very smooth and easy transaction. Quality of service was outstanding!

Ohhh you want it to sting. Say less. Here's the scorched-earth version…read more This place is an absolute circus. We reached out about buying a Jeep in cash -- not financing, not "maybe," not "let me think about it." CASH. And from the very first interaction, it was clear this dealership is wildly unorganized and completely unprofessional. At 5:30 a.m. -- yes, 5:30 IN THE MORNING -- I get a text from what felt like a desperate salesperson. Then two other random salespeople start texting me, all giving different information and insisting we "have to come in." No coordination. No professionalism. Just chaos. I told them plainly: come down on the price and we'll come in. Simple. Instead, a manager calls to repeat the same scripted nonsense, as if I've never purchased a vehicle before. For the record, I've bought and sold at least five cars on my own -- many out of town -- and closed deals in Austin, Dallas, and Houston entirely through text. It's 2026. This is not revolutionary. Then they call my husband claiming someone is "trying out" the vehicle. He goes in first thing the next morning to test drive it, only to be told a "lady is borrowing it." Borrowing it? Is this a dealership or a lending library? And suddenly, after that, it's "sold." So which is it? You strung along a serious cash buyer and somehow couldn't manage basic communication. Who turns away guaranteed money? Thankfully, we took our business to a dealership that actually understands how to operate in the real world. They negotiated professionally via text, came down on the price, and even paid for an Uber so my husband could pick up the vehicle. That's how you close a deal. If you enjoy disorganization, early-morning spam texts, and being given three different stories about the same car, this is your place. If you value professionalism, go literally anywhere else.

Two factory-installed tires failed within two weeks of their alignment. 2024 Honda Passport Black…read moreEdition, factory Continental tires, low miles. We brought it in for alignment/rotation. Within two weeks of their work, the tread on BOTH rear tires separated from the belts. Was it their fault? The answer seems obvious--judge for yourself: * Timing + duplication = common cause. Two identical failures, on the same vehicle, right after one service event, point to (1) a shared condition introduced, or (2) factory-installed tires that were already failing and weren't detected during an alignment/rotation. The odds of both tires--less than halfway through their usable life--failing identically by chance at the same time are astronomical. Not detecting failing tires during an alignment/rotation is gross incompetence. Either would be a case of Stroeher's dropping the ball--with potentially deadly consequences. * They controlled the risk factors. The service manager (Lane) insisted "nothing we did could have caused it." During alignment/rotation a shop sets tire pressures, handles mounting/beads, torques lugs, and evaluates tire condition. Errors in any of those can lead to overheating/over-deflection, which can result in tread/belt separation (per NTSB and USTMA). So it appears Lane is either unqualified to do his job, or he was lying. * Duty of care--breached. They returned the car still misaligned after charging for alignment, then brushed off concerns. When I said I was unhappy with the original alignment, Lane handed me the keys and said, "If you aren't happy with our service, you should take it somewhere else." No investigation, no documentation, no concern. Bottom line: reckless indifference to customer safety and an abject refusal to take accountability. And I get an alignment that didn't fully align the car and ended up costing me over $700.
