Any Cheese I am looking for or to try something new, they are super knowledgeable. If they don't have a cheese, they will order it! If you want to try a really good cheese that you won't find anywhere else in or near the area, try the St. Ambroise (beer) Cheese! You won't regret it! The only down side about this place is it is one of those accidental discoveries because it really is in some ways off the beaten path. The place apparently has been around for over 10 years and anyone I talk to in Chilliwack has not heard of it. You can go in the shop and taste all their flavoured and toasted hazelnuts and butters (omg the honey hazelnut spread is unbelievable, not to mention the chocolate one!) and then wander down to the orchard (is it an orchard if it's a nut tree?). Or I just came at the wrong time. They have honey and jam but those are things I can get in Vancouver. No point of coming here to grab it. I feel that this place is great if you are here to pick up a few items assuming you are near by and not here to buy back to Vancouver as souvenir. I mean you do that and their store will be wiped free of goods.
