She makes things so much harder and difficult to get to Dr Sophia. It feels like you're a bother when u call. Refills: Whenever u need a refill, it requires a call from Dr. other offices I call and they refill. At some point, naturally you need an appointment. Ever since Covid she stopped seeing patience in office. If you call it's not encouraged. Dr Sophia is also away, often. I feel like whatever u suggest something you think you may need, she'll just agree with you. It's too easy so you don't know if she's giving you something just because u suggested? I sometimes wanted to know her opinion. She's the Dr. yeah, like I said, very nice person but the way things are run, needs much improvement.

I have been going here for years and nothing has changed-The staff at the desk is BEYOND rude and not helpful AT ALL. Dr. Roth's office overbooks and the wait is always over 20 minutes to an hour.
