Ever since Covid she stopped seeing patience in office. If you call it's not encouraged. Dr Sophia is also away, often. I feel like whatever u suggest something you think you may need, she'll just agree with you. It's too easy so you don't know if she's giving you something just because u suggested? I have a rather complex medical situation and they take the time to really take care of me. They do this with all their patients. They are caring and knowledgeable. The one thing thats worth making a note of is you can expect long wait times to see the doctors. This is because of the personalized attention they give to each and every patient. As long as youre expecting it, its not that bad. When it comes to doctors these are the best primary care physicians around. With hours Monday through Saturday, it is relatively easy to get an appointment if you are sick. They even have blood lab right in the building. I highly recommend Smithtown Medical Associates!

Whatever has ailed me, he as either provided the diagnostic testing or a solid referral to the necessary specialist. The staff follows up to see how you are doing and notifies me when any test results are back. I'm sticking with the solid medical service.

I have been going here for years and nothing has changed-The staff at the desk is BEYOND rude and not helpful AT ALL. Dr. Roth's office overbooks and the wait is always over 20 minutes to an hour. They do not respect your time AT ALL. One of the nurse prac. dresses very unprofessionally and jokes around with other staff while waiting to be seen.
