It is a reasonable price and not all locations in the area refill and only off exchange. It was simple and easy. You just bring your tank in and talk to the attendant and they will refill your tank and give you a slip of how many gallons it took that you take to the cashier to pay. I will definitely bring my future tanks here to refill.

I really like how the company seems to hold high standards for it's stores and its consistency between locations. This location in particular, is pretty convenient when traveling between the northern and southern parts of Reno. It's about halfway between Virginia St and 395, so really easy to access on the main veins. When I visit any location, I usually aim for the self check outs, as I pay with card and don't need the cashier to make change for cash. The self check outs are easy to use and prompts are easy to read and navigate. Consistent with the other locations, the coffee station and the to go hot food (aka delicious burritos) are well stocked in the morning, and less so in the afternoons I've noticed. (Also small gripe with the sausage burrito (my go to) has a new sauce and I personally hate the flavor of it. Just give me the ingredients without any extra sauce.) The added 24/7 hours make it real easy for any hour of travel to stop in and get road trip goodies!

The store is very clean and easy to navigate. They offer two Icee flavors and two other slushie flavors from another brand. I tried to buy a shower, which was $12 but I only had a twenty and just didn't get that it needed to be exact change. A nice man is like, let me get that for you, we get free ones when we buy gas so you can just use one of mine. It was one of those great moments when the universe sends you an angel, mine was in the form of a trucker from North Dakota. You buy a ticket and it will have a number on it, when they call your number you walk down this long hall of bathrooms till you see your number on the pad next to it. The shower was impeccably clean and very comfortable. I was even impressed by the quality of the towels. They really did a great job making a bathroom in the middle of a long hall of bathrooms feel like yours. I was super impressed by the whole thing and it was a great introduction to a different lifestyle than my own little pampered Bay Area experience.
