The Clinton store is the only one that spoke to me, and they are out of stock of my rx, and referred me to the other 3 stores (Syracuse, Layton, and Roy). Of course you don't receive orders in the weekend. Duh. But my rx has been with the Clinton store for over a week! You ought to just close all of your stores, because they would be one Hell of a great place to open a REAL pharmacy that did not waste customers time, and got the customers their RX on time on things like Dexcom G6 sensors BEFORE they expire, like mine is doingbin 4 hours &.38 minutes. Even answering the phones instead of hanging up on customers would be a nice step toward customer service.

They still didn't have the vaccines, and acted offended that I was disappointed in their lack of communication. "We can't call everyone" was the comment from the pharmacist. It's now been over 2 weeks and they still don't have the vaccines, even though "they have ordered them everyday" I plan to find a different solution than CVS.

Zero sympathy that their text messages and store communication don't align. The downfall to this store are that the staffing downright stinks. They are always understaffed and it shows in the long lines at the pharmacy counter to talk to the nice people. They also seem to have a lot of empty shelves and do not plan ahead well for the seasonal "rushes" on things like cold and flu medicine. We don't use this location for anything more than a traditional pharmacy so I cannot really talk about candy selection or milk prices. I just wish they would step up their game in staffing to make this a better shopping experience.

She told us about her pets and we told her about our huskies and cat, we asked her about a good Vet for our babies, and she Roy her away told us about her Vet and we really appreciate that, and sure enough her Vet was very nice and everything. They filed a claim and denied it with picture evidence on each one. They sent a letter that said they made a decision and to call. I only found that out after waiting an hour on hold that it was denied when they had obvious pictures showing the damage. I took it to two other shops one a Lexus dealer and another I was getting tires on my jeep and both said it was a careless employee. Blows my mind. The employee that took the pictures for the claim was rubbing off the shavings that was left from them scraping them up. ‍

The pharmacy has a drive-thru and the techs and Pharmacists are extremely nice as well. This location lacks in a few areas though. First, pricing. Maybe I'm deceiving myself but the prices seem higher than the big Wal Mart down the hill. Maybe they charge a little more for convenience? They also don't price match any longer at the neighborhood market which was nice when you saw something you liked on ad at another store. Selection is smaller (to be expected with the smaller footprint of the store) but sometimes this gets downright irritating. The worst part about this store is the out of stocks. Limited footprint is one thing, but what you DO have space for should be in stock. There are always empty shelves in this store and sometimes entire categories are just wiped out. There's nothing convenient about coming here if I can't get what I want or need and have to go to another store to get it anyway. If they could get in stock and stay in stock it would go a long way to improving their service.
