He is the most rude, unprofessional, disrespectful businessman I have ever encountered. My mother hired him to build a concrete patio, not only did he not give her what they had agreed upon, he didn't finish the job, he kept the key to her fence, and has randomly showed up at her property when she was not home, unannounced. She reached to him on multiple occasions via phone call and text to inquire about when he planned on returning her key and would be finishing the patio that he was paid in full for. If and when he answered, he was extremely rude, would yell at her and most recently cussed at her. It has now been about 3 months now and he just showed up at her house again, called her on the phone, demanding that she give him a water hose that she did not even have. So he stole hers from the side of the house ( we watched it on camera)! The only thing I can think of is, what would he have done if she was actually at home, by herself and told him that she didn't have his hose... because he certainly didn't show up 3 months later, unannounced with intentions to finish a job at 6:00pm. This is unacceptable behavior for a business owner. He told her that he would give her the key to her fence back, and the hose that he stole, when he gets his water hose back (which he misplaced... on his own).
