They were out to take a look at the roof the next morning and found a significant amount of hail damage & recommended that we file a claim with our insurance, which we did. The insurance adjuster was out a couple of days later, and Escalade met the adjuster to review the damage. We did get a whole new roof on both the house and the large shed. The most amazing thing was the shed it was almost completely covered with vines on one side and tree limbs on the other, I thought I would have to hire a landscaper to trim everything back. But no, these guys brought their own chainsaw and tools and cut everything back off the shed and replaced the roof.
