I have to give this company 5 stars, because when I called this company Josh answered the phone and heard my issue concerning a panel on my gable that had popped loose. He was at my home very promptly to fix the panel. I was very impressed with his explanation to me about why this panel popped loose and how to prevent future problems. Josh did not charge me any money !!! I thank God for for him helping my in my time of need. Zac Forrest at Old Timers Roofing was very professional helping us locate the warrantee on our roof after we purchased a home he had replaced the roof on in 2018. In 24 hours he had all the information we needed and followed up with both our insurance agency and us. I would say he is a rare find in todays service market. I highly recommend both Zac Forrest and Old Timers Roofing. As a side note after a hail storm last year Zac came by and inspected our roof without us even calling! I called Old Timers Roofing about a roof leak and my gutters, Zak and Ian did some extra work for me they cleaned the trash and leaves and limbs out of the gutters and cut some tree limbs for me.
