During this move, their crew improperly loaded my items, including stacking a commercial Maytag stainless steel washer and dryer on top of each other--even though they are not stackable. As a result, both units were dented, scratched, and significantly damaged. These appliances were nearly new (used less than a dozen times) and valued at approximately $1,400 each. The bigger issue is how they handled it afterward. When I contacted the owner (Nate), he became immediately defensive and claimed that we did not provide any moving blankets. This is completely false. * I have photo evidence clearly showing a large number of blankets available * We also had cushions, pillows, and rugs available for protection * There was more than enough space in the truck to load these items safely without stacking them * I have multiple witnesses present during the move who can confirm this Instead of taking responsibility, they chose to deny, deflect, and misrepresent the situation, despite clear evidence. This was not an unavoidable accident--this was negligent loading and improper handling, followed by false statements when confronted. I have made a good-faith effort to resolve this directly, but due to their refusal to take responsibility, I am now prepared to pursue formal action, including filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and pursuing recovery through small claims court if necessary. If something goes wrong during your move, do not expect accountability.

Aaron (owner of the biz) came out right on schedule, re-keyed several locks for us, installed a new front door lock, correctly installed a lock that had been put in wrong by our handyman, made sure all our locks were moving like butter, and was in and out in 30 minutes! His fee, including cutting us six new keys, was a paltry $80! Incredible! Aaron was friendly, professional, obviously is an expert at his trade, and was a pleasure to have here. Tal designed and crafted a beautiful cedar deck for us, all entirely on his own, with great skill and artistry. His rates are extremely reasonable and he is an easygoing, nice guy, too. We learned during the construction that he is a former organic farmer and one day he shared some of his pickling cucumbers with us, so in a week or so our fridge pickles will be ready to eat. We've recommended Tal to everyone we know and his deck has garnered praise from several people already. The craftsmanship is amazing. We are very pleased with Tal's work ethic and wonderful abilities to build and create. When we get a chance, we'll post a photo of the deck. Once again Jerry has saved the day for me. I have two dogs. One of the dogs has back problems in…read moreneed of a ramp to bypass the steps in and out of the house. Jerry came out, took a look at the problem, gave me some ideas after I explained that the ramp needed to have a long, gentle slope as eventually my pooch would be in wheels (hind legs). He talked with me at length about options, helping me understand the dilemma and how to work within the parameters of the space. He had some excellent ideas on how to proceed and came up with a solution that was great for Reggie, my dog. Reggie now has a beautiful, functional ramp and the ramp looks well with the house. Jerry even suggested putting in a new brighter, light fixture that can be rotated to highlight the ramp. I stroke of genius! The new light fixture makes it much easier for the pooches to see the end/beginning of the ramp and for me to see them at night. His work is top notch, and uses the best products available within your budget. He is very meticulous and considers all the angles of the situation, such as, no sharp edges or corners for the ramp. He is very personable, easy to talk with even when I am not sure about what to do and able to work with people like me that does not have the necessary expertise.
