Zack, Jacob, Hugo and Jose were punctual, cordial and consummate professionals. Unfortunately, one of the windows was incorrectly measured and will have to be replaced. Lifetime recognized the problem was theirs and without hesitation advised they would reorder and as quickly as possible, rectify the problem. As a customer, you just can't find a better supplier/installer than that. I applaud the company and it's people.

I owe them a huge thank you because they responded to my previous review and I am in error ! I met with them after being discharged from the nursing home from hell and I have no recollection of signing the contract with them at all. Maybe this is related to the trauma of having surgery and having no support from my family but I owe them a big apology due to my lack of memory. I did sign a contract which I don't remember and I'm very pleased that I received a call from them today. Moral of my story is that surgery is a traumatic event followed by neglect in a nursing facility. I had underestimated my mental state when I should have known better.
