Rocco, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was incredibly friendly and took the time to chat with me about any concerns, I might had it. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a great place to get any parts, I highly recommend checking it out with them.

I get it, they're taking in about a 100 calls an hour (I saw this when I went in person too) and wouldn't want to waste any time, but I also don't want to feel hurried as I search for what I need. Something else that bugged me is when you call they answer "Bloomfield". Ok Bloomfield what? Bloomfield Police? Bloomfield College? Bloomfield Waste management? It may be nitpicking, but why not just say "Bloomfield Salvage" or "Bloomfield Wreckers". It just prompts me to reassure I got the right business by asking if this is the right place...wasting time. Anyway, I picked up a part from here and when I laid eyes on it was very hesitant as it looked like trash. the scrapper assured me it would be fine. I needed the part so I went with it, only to be told by car body worker that was just as I thought a piece of crap. When I went back to the salvage yard they were surprised that their worker let me walk out with that and swapped it for me no problem. Only thing is I had to leave as they had to remove it from the vehicle, the first piece I got was loose. What I thought was cool is they have a photo database of their salvage so they matched the junky part that I bought to the database and saw that they did have it in their inventory confirming that the other employee did give it to me and likely that it shouldn't have been listed. So if you're looking for scrap for your car, don't expect warmth. They're all business here and if they have what you need, check it carefully and be ready to exchange if need be. No returns. Parking can be a pain, so park on the other side of the street if you can.

This is my local Auto Zone…read more I usually come here every month or 2 for windshield washer fluid. Usually they have a deal where you buy 2 for $5, but last time they did not. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly! Never had any issues with that. Over the years I have bought many many things from here. 90% of the time it was WW fluid lol!!!! They have terrible customers who leave the parking lot look like a disaster... Even though there are trash cans all over the place!!! Please learn to not just drop what you just used, put it in the garbage can... It is easier for you to do it than for the employees to waste time going into the parking lot and sweeping up every hour or so... Other than that, the store has anything you need when it comes to car and car accessories! I think that they test your car battery as well. All in all a nice location. They have everything you need, and for a decent price!

I was a bit annoyed he wouldn't help me confirm that but appreciate him taking a look. I ended up returning the screws as they didn't fit. My second visit here I am looking for a plate bracket and I asked for help but this attendant wouldn't budge, he didn't really seem interested advising me about the product either. So customer service is is a bit deficient but what i think is also the problem is the stock, the local Autozones seems better stocked and the better auto chain overall, but this one disappoints.

From day 1 after the install, these were noisy but the representative told us to wait till few hundred miles. Just in 2 months, not only the nosiness persisted but also shuttering just to happen. Car shakes violently on braking. Less than 5000 miles on new rotors and pads, pads are gone and rotors have deep groves. As soon as these were replaced, all issues gone. It wouldn't take a genius to gauge these rotors and pads are defective. The store representative is definitely the worst I have seen. He griningly said u should have come on day 1 just after u put them on. Now, we can't do anything. I asked what's the two year warranty/20,000 miles warranty for. He said I don't want to talk and go back n forth without even properly examining the rotors. Now I have a pack of defective rotors and pads, paid twice to get a damn brake job. I would make a deal with devil but not going to buy anything from this store or warehouse. Damn crooks!
