I was on my way into the area and…read morereceived a call from the repair place my ins agent had set up that they wanted me to delay my drop-off for 6wks. I called and spoke with Rob. He told me that I could come there. I was able to drop off that day. I left to get a rental car and Rob even stayed a little late for me to be able to collect my items. They were in contact with me in a timely manor the whole way through the process. I had a couple items where I needed measurements off my rig and they were happy to get them back to me. When we realized that the parts would not arrive in time to do the repairs before I headed to my next destination, they were willing to work with me on setting up next service place so I was able to pre-order parts.
