There was nothing cookie-cutter about this job as the door is a custom reconstruction in a 140 year old fire station and the lockset is also a custom job built by a blacksmith. The job understandably took a little longer than estimated and the total was reasonably and fairly adjusted for the extra time and work. Now the door functions better than before there was a lockset in it, so I could not be happier with Joe's work. I almost wish I had more doors that needed his excellent work!
