Mohawk Lock & Key - Mohawk lock and key key fob - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Fitchburg, Massachusetts

Wouldn't give this company our business ever again. Had them come make two new key fobs for my car, week later neither of them work. They came and put new batteries in each of them, now week or two later they still don't work. Placed three phone calls to them about it and even spoke with someone who said I'd get a call back, and still nothing a week later. Two useless, cheaply made key fobs that cost me $400.00 and a company who clearly cares more about money than about their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND whatsoever! - Massachusetts read more

Great communication and quick service! I paid a lot less than what others were quoting me for a fob key. They made it very easy from start to finish! read more

My local Ford dealer could not replace a missing key fob for my 2024 F150 (month and a half backorder). I obtained the correct key fob from Amazon and I attempted to get it cut at work but our machine didn't have the correct guide pin. My local Ford dealer said they wouldn't cut a fob obtained elsewhere as "the metal might be too hard" (it's a brass alloy, so ..). Mohawk Lock and key worked with me and cut and programed my new fob and in the end the fob and cutting and programming totaled out at just about half what the dealer wanted. Call ahead as you may have to wait if your job needs a specialist who may be helping someone with their mobile shop. And hint: The programing software for some newer models requires the locksmith to enter your license and registration information so bring them with you. read more

We somehow lost both of our key sets on the same day. We called the dealer to find out how much it would cost to replace them. The dealer quoted almost $500 and they did not have the fob in stock so they would not be able to replace the key until the next evening. I called MLK and the cost was a third of the cost and they could be at my house the next morning. He was on time, very courteous and fast. His truck was amazing, clean and organized. Having a mechanic background, this is a big dead. I have never had to have a locksmith come to my house and Micheal was awesome. If there were more stars I would give more. Highly Highly recommended. read more

Yah I got key programmed last year . Paid 180 dollars 4 to 6 months it lasted car wouldn't start . Was doing the same thing the first time I called them they fixed it and now it's doing the same thing . I called and asked them to look at it and that's what he just look at it and said it was something else . So I had it looked from a dealer a friend that works there .at BMW . And he told it was the key again . So I called Mohawk and asked them how much to do another key and is it gonna last more than a year. And I got the shaft . There programing is junk and cheap. U have to buy there key because of the programming and the son basically looks and tell u fuck off . As long as he gets ur money . That's all that counts. There so popular because there the only one in New England to have a lic. Because it's hard to get . So u have to call them .at least if u go to dealer it's guaranteed to stay working . They have a better program that last . read more

I can't say enough about Mohawk Lock and Key. Fast friendly service at a reasonable price. I needed another FOB for a newly acquired vehicle. I contacted Mohawk Lock and Key and was told that they could help me. I set up a time and place and Mike from Mowak arrived in his fully functional van and programmed my FOB in record time. I had a very great experience with this company! I drive a Nissan Altima 07 and my whole car is basically a computer. Bob came by to help first, did all he could and was a bit stumped and then Mike came by the next day figured it out that it was the keyless entry control module so I purchased the piece and it was fixed right away! No complaints with them price is reasonable considering they come to you and they know what they're doing! Absolutely will use again if needed! read more
