Good DEAL I went 3/19/14 My teeth got definitely a little whiter. While Applying Vitamen E take your time do it slow. When applying the gel don't get any in your gums . It will hurt and make the procedure a painful. Your gums will get white. Other than that good deal. David is a great guy and checks on you often to make sure you are doing ok. I wouldn't do it again. My gums are hurting. Is hard not to get the gel close to your gums because If you don't get the gel in the areas close to your gums those areas won't get white at all. read more

I have been here twice. The sessions are easy to set up online and there are multiple locations. But, I would only come here if you have a coupon/promo/deal. Here's why: The shades in which your teeth whiten are very minimal. To someone else, they might not notice the difference, but you will- a little. You usually only get 2 shades whiter, which is almost only a half shade to the untrained eye. What I did the second time: Took a picture of my teeth in my bathroom that has no natural light. Then after, I did the same thing and saw the difference. I could tell by just looking in the mirror there was a change, but I wanted more reassurance. The service: The dude who works here is really nice and has everything down to a science. He does push his products, but everyone does...He isn't mean if you decline him. The bleaching: My WARNING to you--Make sure to use the mirror when you put the swab of Vitamin D on your gums. Make sure you cover ALL of your gums, or the whitener will hurt and temporarily bleach your gum and leave it numb! Oy! Like I said, don't pay more than $50 for a 20-minute session. It does work, but don't expect your teeth to jump 5 shades. This service is perfect for a cheap way to whiten for an event. read more

Okay, so I had read Yelp prior to coming and was prepped to do something myself. I had a groupon and was really just wanting to look good for my sister's upcoming wedding. I had booked a 30 mins. session I am a 6+ year reformed smoker but have never done a professional whitening process before- only religiously see my dentist and use only natural whitening products- such as flushing coconut oil and lemon juice and baking soda. Immediately I was informed that I got upgraded package and during my whitening process the clinician came in and asked if I could stay for 10 extra minutes. I was pumped ready to see some pearly whites... If it is your first session and you drink coffee and do not have perfect balanced white teeth- you will need more than 30 mins- just saying when I got out of process- I was expecting one thing and was nearly in tears. David was totally professional and reassured me it would be ok. it would blend with time. I did not believe him but listened to him. I did not want to open my mouth or smile- I felt really blue. I was sooo bummed bc my flight was out that night- sisters wedding was this past weekend and I didn't want a bad smile. I mean I was a smoker, but no one really knew unless I tell them- As a Southerner I smile ALOT. Had I known I needed more than 30 mins or it wouldn't had looked balanced white, I would have scheduled it longer. David sensed me- He showed me his beautiful white teeth and gave me a pen with the chemical and strict instructions to follow and I saw instant results- by my sisters wedding day I was "Smiling Bright," I would recommend these guys. No doubt. More time is better than less... I would trust the owner even if you have doubts- he knows what he is talking about. read more

Not happy with results...... I did 2 $100 sessions and it didn't do much I actually paid for 3 but sadly I will not go back and try the last one.. Don't waste your money read more

Used my Groupon today for a 60 minute session. As soon as I got there David (the owner) was extremely helpful, not only did he make sure I was comfortable, he upgraded my original package. During my session he constantly made sure I was doing ok. I was extremely happy with my results and will definitely visit again. This is a place you MUST try if you are looking to whiten your teeth!!! read more

I can describe smiling bright just with two words wonderful and excellent service... David is going to taking care you very well and make you feel like home ... and of course the most important he will left you with a big big white smile read more

Definitely 5 stars... 4 shades lighter with a 30 minute session = a happy customer =) It was my first time at Smiling Bright and I am beyond happy with my results. Not only the results but with the process/experience. As a first time customer, David was extremely helpful he was very thorough in explaining the steps and making me feel comfortable (he even put a chair to put my feet up). I looooved it, it was an amazing experience and I will be going back in two weeks =) =) Thank you David for the great service... See you soon!! read more

I just left my appointment and had to review! The owner is knowledgable, thoughtful and professional! He gave me tips on whitening and explained the process so I was comfortable with the experience. It was my first time whitening and I loved it! The pro-flash took 30 minutes and it was pain free, as Mr. David Ferreira told me it would be. I fell asleep in the chair and woke up to whiter teeth! I love Smiling Bright! I'll be coming back - no doubt. Very easy process, no hassle, lots of neat information to soak in... It was great. read more

I thought the results would be mediocre at best. I was wrong. Twenty five years of coffee stains disappeared in an hour. David is pleasant, knowlegeable, and very attentive. Keep smiling! read more

I've been to this place more than a few times and have been meaning to write a review. I've always been happy with the results. My teeth are already pretty white and I get complimented on them, but I come in every once in a while for a 30-minute session to get them a couple of shades whiter. I have always just called the office directly to make an appointment and haven't had any problems in scheduling. I initially came in with a fantastic deal and was offered to buy more sessions at the same price, so I bought several more (why not? They never expire!) David runs this location and is very friendly and funny. I'm not sure if it's just because I bought a bunch more sessions or he was just being nice because I told him about my upcoming wedding in Italy (he has family there), but he really hooked me up with a ton of take-home products! Thanks, David! read more

The place is small and quiet. 3 private rooms with curtains for each customer. The man was nice, but a bit short. I heard him at one point yelling to someone on the phone about a broken receipt machine...something like that. I thought it was unprofessional to have that conversation when you had customers and it was dead quiet. My teeth have a slight change. I noticed it more when I first looked at my teeth. I had a living social deal for $50. I'd say it was worth it. I'm thankful he wasn't trying to be a pushy salesman with selling the products at the end of the session. He informed me of what i shouldn't eat and sent me on my way! This place was pretty okay. read more

David was absolutely the best. He was very kind and welcoming. I would recommend this place. Will be coming back!

This is my second time at Smiling Bright and I would recommend it for sure. I have experienced zero sensitivity in my teeth and, I see and have been told by others that there is a noticeable difference in shade. And, David is great with the customers, too. read more

I typically go to Smiling Bright every 6 months and every time I get the same results, Simply White Teeth. David (the owner) is extremely helpful and genuinely cares about his customers. I have already referred a few of my friends to try it out! read more

I've been to this location on various occasions now and David has always been super friendly and his recommendations have been wonderful! I just tried pro-flash for the first time today and it will not be the last. If you have a chance to try it, I highly recommend it.it whitened my top and bottom teeth perfectly. read more

I have been going to this office for the last 6 months. While not consistently going (I go about once every 6 weeks and recommended is every 2 weeks to see the most whiteness), I haven't seen a great change in my teeth color. I am going to start going every 2/3 weeks for the next 2 months and I'll write another review to see if increasing the amount of sessions makes my teeth sparkle more! read more

I absolutely love the experience I had at Smiling Bright. First of all I can't believe I wasted time money and energy on ZOOM WHITENING. Not only did I waste my time but I also persuaded my husband to the very painful experience. So years forward and many wasted dollars later... I bought my first voucher for smiling bright through Groupon since I was skeptical and I figured at least I won't be out of $600 if I need to walk away. I told the very professional and very caring gentlemen. He assured me... So we began my treatment. It so was quick, painless and very effective. I am so happy with the results I immediately purchased another treatment (which, never expires as I was told) I am hoping to go back for another notch of brightness:) I can't believe after going to at least three well respected dentists... They all suggested veneers... I mean wow... I am so glad I had this experience before trying to resolve a minor issue with something as drastic as veneers. As a full time mom and a full time professional I am constantly on the go... I unfortunately drink at least one large cup of coffee a day to keep up. I had lost confidence in my smile and I can't believe the solution was so simple and affordable. I highly recommend this location for Smiling Bright. Thanks for reading. read more

I went to Smiling Bright in hopes of fixing my yellow teeth. I was a smoker for years and I drink too much coffee so I wasn't expecting much, but figured I'd give it a try. I did a 30-minute session the first time which showed considerable improvement. After that session, David (the owner), suggested that I come back for one more hour to continue the process and help get rid of a few stubborn nicotine stains. After this 60-minute session, my teeth look and feel amazing, whiter than I would have ever expected. David was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive, and worked with me to make sure that I had proper coverage and such to help remove some of the more stubborn stains. I would definitely recommend Smiling Bright to anyone who wants an easy option for teeth whitening that gets results. read more

Smiling Bright is the best teeth whitening experience I've ever had. I've been here 5 times and my teeth look better with every visit. This doesn't leave my teeth sensitive, which is great! Don't even think about paying $500 to your dentist, come here and experience how great Smiling Bright is. David, the owner is a great guy and I can't wait for my next visit. read more

I came in yesterday for a teeth whitening with the pro flash for 60 minutes $164, best experience! The technician was super nice and friendly. Very generous with the time given to me. Best whitening I have had after ten years of Zoom. Office is very clean and inviting. Staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend! read more

Great customer service and honored my appointment with no problems at all. Had purchased a Groupon and they allowed me to get an extra session for the same price. My only thought on the negative reviews shown before me is that people need to manage their own expectations a little better when scheduling an appointment. I had two sessions and noticed an undeniable change in the whiteness of my teeth. But were they perfect? No, but they were whiter. I'm a happy camper, especially with the whitening pens they sell- great way to extend the results of the whitening sessions. read more

Awesome service and results!! Great gift giving idea as well!! Dave is amazing, professional and very informative. Easy and quick results without the discomfort of other types of treatments elsewhere. I highly recommend!! read more

Smiling Bright - Professional and clean service!! - Teeth Whitening Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

This place is amazing. Great prices for the treatments, and it really works! Even after just one visit.

Fun experience, it wasn't too pricey considering other cosmetic Groupons I've bought. David and Donna were great, I did the hour long session we talked about the dogs he has behind the desk and bonded over animals. I didn't like too much that you put the gel on yourself as I felt like I was doing it wrong. I feel like it looked really dramatic the first day but now today I'm not sure if I got used to it or if it just is blending better today. I ended up buying two more hour sessions. Apparently drinking vodka helps whiten your teeth as opposed to other alcoholic drinks. But they were both really sweet and fun to be around. My lips were a little sore from the guard being in my mouth for so long. But that part is cool because you look like Skeletor looking at all of your teeth. I'm excited to see how the other two sessions will go. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The guy who runs it is so nice and friendly! Can not say enough great things about this place. My smile drastically improved after doing the 60 min proflash whitening. In one hour my smile went from yellow to white. See pics! read more

I purchased a 60 minute ProFlash whitening session and let me tell you... David did a great job. So great in fact, I bought another session before I left. My teeth continued to whiten up to 2 days after my session! (I'm a smoker and also have a nutrient deficiency enhancing the yellow of my teeth) and this really restored my confidence seeing how much whiter my teeth got. They give you vitamin E oil to rub along your gum line so that the product does not irritate them. I didn't feel any burning or discomfort whatsoever. Later that night I did have one small piece of my gum that swelled up ever so slightly but I think it was because I have such a small mouth and you have to sit with your lips spread open for an hour. It was gone the next day! I can't wait to go back again when I need a touch up! read more

I've gotten my teeth whitened before but that experience was much more invasive. I had to deal with two technicians fiddling around my mouth, doing the whitening tooth by tooth. It was really daunting. However my experience at Smiling Bright yesterday was as good as it gets. The gentlemen running this location is very friendly, funny, and informative. (He definitely puts you at ease when you feel slightly ridiculous with the red protective eyewear and the mouth piece that keeps your lips pulled away from your teeth!) You're sat in a private room and the gentlemen checks up on you periodically after instructing you on what to do (such as painting the gel on your own teeth.) I got the 60 minute package, which is broken up into two 30 minute sessions at one visit. My teeth are definitely noticeably whiter and better yet EVENLY white. The gentlemen upgraded my package which was a pleasant surprise and gave me an umbrella when it was pouring out after my visit. This is an establishment that takes pride in their location and service. I definitely recommend it - whether you're simply popping in or debating on buying that Groupon. read more

I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience at Smiling Bright. David, the owner, was kind and attentive - he would come into the room where I was receiving treatment every 2-3 minutes and ask how I was doing. The ambiance was great, the office was beautiful and clean, and my teeth look awesome. I will definitely be visiting David and the team again soon! read more

My boyfriend and I did this together - we were lured in by a Living Social deal and the appeal of a couple's room. I have to say it was HILARIOUS to see each other all geared up and glowing. I've always been a Crest white strip kinda girl and after 2.5 days of their 30 day treatment I'm miserable and my teeth hurt. So I was nervous as to how I would do with this. Other than some slight stinging on my lower gums (mild) I have no sensitivity on my teeth. That was a huge relief. I do feel whiter in general but not super white. I notice it more easily on my boyfriend and have been impressed with his results. We bought two more sessions to use in the future at the Living Social price. It actually was a rather silly and fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon. I'm looking forward to going back. (The suggestion to bring an iPod is a good one.) read more

Great Experience! I went on 6/14/14 and my teeth got definitely a little whiter. David was very charming and polite! He gave me a better discount by upgrading me to the Pro-Flash whitening and my teeth look great. I actually bought more whitening at the end of my session. Absolutely 5 stars.. My teeth look amazing! can't wait to go back again! Try it, you won't be sorry! read more

Pro-Flash is ASTOUNDING!!!! This is the whitest my teeth ever been. I always had yellow teeth and tried some other methods. Even my dentist was telling me there isn't much to be done about this. It turns out Pro-Flash is what makes my teeth bright white! No pain, no messed up gums. Just quick hour under the lamp. If you hesitate- hesitate no more. Go and try it! ASTOUNDING!!! read more

I go to Smiling Bright every time I need to get my teeth whitened in Chicago. The service is always great and I leave with my teeth many shades whiter after only a 60-min pro flash session. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their teeth whitened! read more

I've had the 6omin. pro-flash whitening service, and after that of course my teeth got super white, sadly after 4 days my teeth went back to its original light yellowish color. Apparently, when you search in the internet, your teeth will look and end up white since it's very dehydrated because of the laser. But still will go back to original color. read more

Alright I've been going to Smiling Bright (on Lincoln) for close to a year and I can't say enough good things about it. The office is super clean. They're always cheery and inviting and make every visit enjoyable. I do the 60 minute Pro-Flash session and it lifts my teeth a couple shades every time (I drink a lot of wine)-- without causing any sensitivity! My friends that have gone all rave to me afterwards. One guy told me that he thinks people are nicer to him now because of his whiter teeth, haha. Summary: Smiling Bright is the best and if you wanna up your smile game you should most definitely check it out. read more

My teeth were snowflake white after my 60 minute pro flash treatment and I had zero irritation after. I also got two whitening pens that lasted about 3 months. David is the absolute man. I just loved him from the moment I came in. He was nice, hospitable, treated me like a human being and helped coach me through the process- which I had never done before- and just made sure I had a seamless experience. He was remarkably attentive and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. He even gave me a few extra minutes, which was a nice gesture. Most importantly, the results were amazing and pretty immediate and he even gave me some post-appointment best practices to help maximize the effects. I first found Smiling Bright from a Groupon and I've been coming back ever since. They offer the same great deals in the store too. It's an affordable way to get my teeth beautifully whitened without any pain and takes just an hour. I don't have any sensitivity at all and it's way more effective than those stupid white strips. The owner is such a nice and friendly guy, he even remembers me when I haven't been in for a year! I highly recommend getting your teeth whitened here. read more
