Brush Pediatric Dentistry is a remarkable dental practice! It is the complete package for GREAT…read moredental care, and our family gives the highest possible recommendation to any other family with kids of all ages and care needs. Our family had a tremendous experience of dental care for our three children. To be quite honest, it was the best dental or health care experience we have ever had across-the-board. Being new to Chicagoland from an out-of-state move and having a 13 year old, 11 year old and 5 year old in need of dental care, Brush Pediatric Dentistry was the best place we could possibly be for our children's needs. Upon discovering this clinic on the web, we were very impressed by the excellent communication on their website that made our first visit extremely comfortable. Not to mention, we were able to fill out our pre-visit paperwork efficiently and easily through their online service from the website. The routine care visits for two of our kids were done with professionalism, kindness, compassion and skill. Unfortunately, our other child and the youngest at age 5 years, had significant dental problems that needed serious attention. For that reason, we believed it was a God-send that we were at this practice and under the care of Dr. Albert and the staff team. Our young boy, who is quite strong-willed and sensitive to sensory situations, had the need for several fillings and crowns. It was a substantial care plan that was legitimate, and we were very well informed of the issues he was facing in his teeth. We were provided for very well in being able to access a care plan for helping us with the unexpected costs. And as far as the treatment over the course of multiple visits, our son was treated exceptionally well emotionally and medically. It was a miracle that he was able to go through all of the visits with super success. Dr. Albert is a very talented dentist and an exceptional person. In the location where we previously lived, we were actually family friends with 3 outstanding dentists who were the best in the area. We got to learn what makes for a great dentist and practice. Dr. Albert is the real deal, and so is her staff team. They are the most professional, enthusiastic, personal and kind team of dental professionals you could possibly ask for. Take advantage of this great place in Chicagoland. It's worth the drive no matter how far away from the Hinsdale area you might live. Our family didn't just walk away with the dental care we expected, we walked away with new dental friends!

Very disappointed in my son's experience with this practice. We agreed, but it was a huge ordeal. He ended up being under for over 2 hours and it was very traumatic. I feel like operative dentistry in the hospital provides a much higher reimbursement (plus out-of-pocket) so there's a huge incentive to push it. I wasn't thrilled and I hope people do their due diligence.

Can not recommend them enough!! I had a dentist ready to drill two cavities my son had. One is so…read moretiny that Dr. Gaur said it wasn't worth drilling and the other she said she would keep an eye on. She explained that you treat a wound and not a scratch. She said that my son's cavities were scratches --they're on his baby molars too. Thank God for an honest dentist! Listen to your gut and if you have a bad feeling about your kid's dentist, come here! She has always been straightforward, kind and tells me what she would do for her own child if he were in the same situation. When I wasn't keen on using fluoride on my son's teeth, she didn't shame me, she shared her brother did the same with his kids. I wish I could be her patient. I will continue to drive three towns away for her!!

What a relief to find a caring and honest pediatric dentist! I recently brought my sons (age 8 and…read moreage 10) to see Dr. Kaur, and I'm really happy we switched to this practice. Our previous pediatric dentist was too aggressive for my liking, charging us nearly a thousand dollars for 2 fillings ON BABY TEETH. Dr. Kaur takes a much more conservative (and modern) approach: one son has 2 microcavities that she recommended treating with silver diamine fluoride instead of fillings; the other has a new cavity on a baby tooth that she'd prefer to just monitor until he loses it. The office is very welcoming and the hygienist was so nice to my younger son, who was a little bit scared at first. I wish it wasn't only a pediatric practice - I'd make an appointment for myself, if I could!

My alias is Bob Smith. My name is Alan F…read more I had a very frustrating experience with Bright Dental Smiles. I needed dental work and, as required, they had to get preauthorization from my health care provider. Unfortunately, the process was a nightmare. The dental office kept submitting requests, but apparently they weren't providing all the information my insurance needed. My health provider kept asking for more details, and Bright Dental Smiles just didn't seem able to get it right. This back-and-forth went on for over two months! Every time I called, I got vague answers and no real progress. Eventually, I just gave up out of frustration. If you're looking for an office that can efficiently handle insurance and preauthorization, I'd recommend going elsewhere. I wasted a lot of time and still didn't get the care I needed.

At my first visit, I had a dental cleaning and Dr. Jaspreet does her assessment of your teeth and makes a plan for you. Based on my assessment, she found that I had 3 wisdom teeth (on the x-rays performed that same day) and a tiny cavity that she was able to fill on a separate visit. My previous dentist never took x-rays of my teeth when I complained about a toothache and said I didn't have any wisdom teeth. I loved that Dr. Jaspreet was honest and provided her recommendations. Her staff also have great bedside manners. I was concerned about my tooth gap that was made by my orthodontist so I could get a tooth implant where my missing tooth was supposed to be. My previous dentist suggested that I get a tooth implant or a Maryland bridge. I went to two endodontists who said that they were unable to do a tooth implant or bridge due the size being too small for an implant. Her dental hygienist suggested Invisalign to close the tooth gap, instead of an implant (too expensive) and a Maryland bridge, which destroys your natural teeth and brought it up to Dr. Jaspreet. I really appreciate that they listen to their patients and consider their preferences versus other dentists who are greedy and don't take patients' considerations/preferences when performing treatments. I actually look forward to going to the dentist because of Dr. Jaspreet and her friendly staff. I have gotten dental cleanings, a cavity filling (no pain!), teeth whitening, and will be soon starting my Invisalign treatment. Thanks Bright Dental Smiles for caring about my teeth!
