Today, I went to a dentist I trust in another city and surprise, no cavities, as was pointed out by both the dentist and the hygienist at Smiles 4 Grant Park, no mention of possibly removing my wisdom teeth in the future (that would be great fun) and no acting as if my teeth are some post-apocalyptic hellscape. Also, the price for a cleaning wasn't over a thousand bucks and didn't take two or a suggested three appointments. Smiles 4 Grant Park is dishonest. They are bilking insurers and patients. Been going here for 2 years now and every visit has always been great. The lobby is always kept clean and the receptionists are always friendly. Went here for a routine cleaning. Since it was my first visit, I figured I'd have to pay for exam and X-rays. After the exam and all they told me it would be $1800 to have a cleaning. Seriously? I declined and they charged me $330 and gave me a baggy w a tooth brush. No thanks. read more

If you are looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Lee. When I was new to Atlanta, I relied on a lot of research and found Dr. Lee highly recommended so decided to give her a try. Now, after over a year, I am still relying on her to keep my teeth in tip-top shape. Firstly, the practice is located in the Grant Park neighborhood. There is plenty of parking behind the practice and a MARTA station close by. Secondly, the staff is super friendly. Can't say enough about how comfortable they make you feel - and I am not a fan of going to a dentist just like most people, but a positive and friendly attitude makes a lot of difference. Danielle at the front desk is very accommodating and will try to get you an appointment that works for your schedule (she's gotten me squeezed in on short notice at times). Megan is a great assistant to Dr. Lee and Erin is a top notch hygienist. Thirdly, Dr. Lee is a perfectionist. She explains everything she recommends, is not pushy and wants to give you the best treatment possible. I have come in for a few fillings and had some issues with my bite/sensitivity a few days later with one of the fillings - she got me in back in promptly and fixed the issues. She even buffed out some of my other teeth to prevent buildup and decay. What I found great was the prompt follow up on my treatment by Dr. Lee to make sure everything was good. This was truly icing on the cake (many providers forget small things like this make a difference). And I shouldn't forget: the warm blanket, and headphones to listen to music while getting your treatment done. A++ read more

Nice people, not overly pushy. I had to come in for some X-rays right before close and they didn't mind. The entire process probably took 30 minutes total. Three stars because they charge every patient a $10 PPE fee for a flimsy regular (not an n-95) mask and a single squirt of hand sanitizer. What a racket. I wonder who gets to keep that money.. not the employees. Kind of a scummy move and makes me distrusting of the rest of the practice here. From the customer service, the swift paperwork, to the detailed explanation of the visit, xrays and job performed by the dentist, assistant and receptionist, Smiles 4 Grant Park has exceeded. They do a great job of making u feel at home. They are very open with communication and want the patient's to be knowledgable about maintaining quality dental hygiene. I never felt rushed or felt like they were trying to oversell me on the anything. I only came in for a cleaning but they offered music, a heavy blanket, etc while they were cleaning my teeth. They seem friendly there but also just had my appt canceled for not filling out paper work. and to rebook is 3 months away. i have newborn twins, I have filled out what was sent to electronically but I guess missed something. i arrived 10+ min ahead of time to fill anything out and they wouldn't allow me there. i just have never been turned away for this reason. they also didn't call me before they canceled my appointment. just horrible way to handle it. read more

My experience at Dr. Lee's office was amazing all-around. First, they helped verify my visit would be covered fully by my insurance (no unwanted or surprise bills!) and went out of their way to schedule me early so I could get back to work. Then the hygienist was both extremely nice and knowledgeable (and cleaned my teeth very well, efficiently, and used cool technology to show me the answers my questions!). They are organized, provide great patient care, are friendly, and gave thorough explanations to all my questions asked. I've inherited a phobia of dentists from my mother. However, after my experience at Smiles 4 Grant, I have a whole new outlook on dentistry, ease about getting my teeth cleaned, and passion for maintaining my dental hygiene. Firstly, Smiles 4 Grant Park has a beautiful modern and stylish office space right off of Memorial Drive. The office is very easy to find and offers free parking in the back of the building. Secondly, all of the office staff are genuinely kind and friendly people. They clearly love their jobs and operate in a productive yet satisfying work environment. Thirdly, all of the dentist professionals are extremely educated in their field and are able to explain matters of the teeth with expertise and encouragement. Dr. Abbie Lee was super kind and patient with me. She made me feel comfortable yet knowledgeable about by mouth's condition. Lastly, the office encourages a comfortable and relaxing experience, starting with tea and coffee in the reception, then providing noise canceling headphones and a warm fuzzy warm blanket during cleanings/procedures, and lastly, a hot face towel for cleaning in the end! They were very friendly and welcoming, but they told me i had 10 cavaties...i've only ever had 1 all my life. I went to another Dentist to get a second opinion and the Dentist there said i only had 1. I had the cavity filled and I haven't had any more pain like i did prior to the filling. I called them this morning to schedule an exam and teeth cleaning and they got me in a 1 p.m. The office is located on Memorial and very easy to get to. I walked but there is parking in the back. The front office staff, Ms. Danielle, was so nice and offered me coffee, tea or water while I waited. But I didn't wait long at all they took me right back as soon as I finished my new patient paperwork. The hygienist Ms. Meagan was very friendly as she took my x-rays. She didn't get frustrated even though my mouth is tiny and I have a hard time biting down on the wings. Then Dr. Abbey came back to do the exam. They offered me a blanket too which I declined but it was such a nice touch! After the exam Ms. Danielle came back to inform me exam and cleaning was 100% covered by my insurance and then they proceeded with the cleaning. I thought that was really nice that they checked with my insurance before starting. They didn't try to up sell me on whitening or fluoride treatment which I've experienced at some places. Dr. Abbey has some of the most fancy teeth cleaning tools! My teeth feel so good now. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Love them!
